Ordered $31 dollars worth of food in the drive through for my kids. Was told to pull forward park and they will bring the food out. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on my food. It was not busy at all and I had to call several times to see why it took so long. She brings my food out and says sorry they accidentally cleared my order out. My food just sat there and got nasty and cold. She lied and said it was remade but it was cold and disgusting fries hard as a rock. Big waste of money. I will not be returning.

Look, I have no personal problem when our order is wrong. But when you YELL AT ME when your team messed up the order, that’s not okay. I was calm, quiet, and respectful. My partner couldn’t hear me across the restaurant but he could SURE hear your team member. One of your team members, short man, glasses, and an attitude from hell, was rude to me for asking a mistake to be fixed. Your KFC used to be amazing. I will not be back because of that short little man. Grow up.

We ordered food and they didn’t tell us it was going to be a 25 min wait on tenders till after we paid and parked…their excuse was there was only 1 person cooking for the whole restaurant. But several other employees was just standing around or wiping off the counter. This place has went way downhill. Even the manger was just standing watching customers get frustrated. This one customer waited 30 mins on 1 chicken sandwich and the place really wasn’t that busy.

I really hope management sees this because I JUST came through the drive thru and while they were SWAMPED Taylor at the window made SURE that’s my order was exactly what I wanted. There was a small mistake and she fixed it right away.

Fast and friendly that’s where positive ratings end. When you can’t eat without worrying about choking on a chicken bone that’s enough for me to never eat here again!! Look closely at photo and you will see how dangerous that could have been if I hadn’t seen it first!!

Bad experience. Waited 25+ minutes for 8 piece chicken meal at the drive-thru. Paid at 6:17pm. The 1st & 2nd car AFTER us got food before us. People with a 12piece meal got their order when walking inside. I got a refund at 6:55pm this evening. We came home and made food quicker. The management of this location definitely needs some help, retraining or working equipment!!!! No one knew what happening or what the other was doing??????? Crazy situation and sad. You specialize in chicken but no chicken made, don’t tell customers you ran out of chicken, nor make the orders in sequence they are ordered – this is a no-brainer!!!!!

Came here after a terrible experience at bojangles down the road, Lisa took our order was so sweet and let us take our time figuring out what we wanted. We ordered a family meal and she had it out to our car in way less than 5 minutes. After such a bad experience at bojangles honestly I think Lisa has made us a KFC family for good
