Tried the cheese curds today and they honestly weren’t bad. The drive-thru lady forgot to give them to me so I had to go back and the curds had to be cooked so I got them fresh out of the grease which was a plus. I DON’T like cold or lukewarm food. I wish they had marinara sauce to accompany them. I got 8 cheese curds for $2.76 so not a bad deal.
PSA: please get the drive-thru (craters) pot holes fixed ASAP, especially the one at the window.

We came in the day before and her chicken ended up with hair in it. We came back the next day because we was too far away for from the Kentucky fried chicken and we got charged at Five dollars for size. The only thing they replaced was the eight piece chicken, but they destroyed our whole meal the day before because there was hair in the chicken. Is this the way that Kentucky fried chicken conduct business with their customers?

Today the chicken was so fresh!!! The pieces were very big & so crispy!! Some of the best chicken I have eaten . The potato wedges were also crisp. The iced tea & biscuits & other sides are always very delicious. I love the pot pies too. The employees are always polite & the service is quick. Thank you all for your hard work. Keep it up!!!

I ordered two meals. One was a two piece with Mac and Cheese. The second was a three piece meal with Mashed potatoes and corn. The three piece was instead corn and French fries. The corn was stale. Because I live 10 miles from the restaurant I didn’t want to drive back to get the potatoes. I called 52 times to tell someone but the phone was busy each time. I can’t believe they messed up this simple order.

Coming the door seen Caution wet floor sign and lots of water on the floor. Raining outside. Also 1 table with chairs up on it with a bucket catching water.
1 walking thru the door i slid up to counter to order.
2 ordered fried chicken all dark meat to eat there. Placed order she gave me my drink cup.
3 I slid over to fill my cup.
4 slid over to table.
5 they come out and said they didn’t have dark meat or I should say they ran out and was cooking more and it would take about 30 minutes. I said no problem I would wait.
5 I watched several people come in and slide to the counter to order and slide right on out the door.

6 Grandpa comes in with his 2 granddaughters. Girls are around 8 or 9. They realize that the floor is slick. Lol I watched them slid around the the counter while other customers were coming in and waiting to order.
7. here comes my food mind you i ordered all dark meat. I ordered 4 piece lol I get 1 breast 1 wing 1 thigh 1 leg. The order was half right. I think ok well it’s fresh right! The leg was fresh but the breast was not.
I spent approximately little over an hour waiting on food and then eating.
While sitting there all I could see was someone going to fall. Never seen anyone say anything about the floors being slick. The employees were even careful when walking out with a to go order.
The employees were very courteous. I will leave it at that!

Food is pretty consistent of any KFC. Staff could use some training from Chick-fil-A on friendliness. This store is plagued with homeless people either standing at the doors, casing the parking lot or even hanging out in the restaurant begging for money. Makes the visit very unpleasant and unsafe. I wouldn’t stop alone if your a female,,, just saying

This place has taken a turn for the better. The staff was super friendly and the manager was on point. The wait for food was short and the food taste was great. I would definitely go by and give them a try for some great chicken

I smell old oil in the air and there not wearing gloves preparing the food to be cook and not wearing gloves put the food in the box they use there bare hands and the manger is doing nothing about the food was dry the chicken was dry and the nuggets was the worst part it was raw like wth do better or I’ll never come back
