This KFC has a buffet. Unfortunately they dont have the proper staff to fulfill this restaurant. Asked for my order to go they messed it up. They asked very loudly multiple times for another costumer about what they had ordered. If this place had better employees running it it would be great. Below is the chicken tenders we received. BARF! Waste of my money. The cash register lady was rude af yo everyone couldnt even get a little girl with a cast on her foot some jelly they asked for. Told the little girl she gonna have to wait she running the register. Smh. I will NEVER come bck. Beware of this place.

Terrible service, dirty and the food does,t taste right. Ordered our meal to go. Paid with credit card. Girl wasn’t paying attention and was giving us cash back, which we did not take. Finally got my order husband had to wait. He got his order and we left. Opened the dinner and she didn’t give me silverware. Kinda hard to eat mashed potatoes with no silverware. Bathroom was filthy. The condition of the restaurant was filthy, flies all over the buffet and the staff acted like they didn’t care at all. Also noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves and I heard coughing and sneezing in the back. Management needs to seriously look into this location for cleanliness reasons.

1) Service was great. The young man taking our order was very polite, well mannered and courteous.
2) Food was as usual good.
3) Restaurant condition is rough. The counter top was Formica that had worn through all the way to the wood base. The tiles in front of the cash register were also heavily worn through the glazing. The bathrooms were as aged and shown many repairs. 5 stars only because the food and the service. 1 for the condition of the place.

Was one of the nastiest places I have seen in awhile. It was very slow, and workers were propped on counter. Manager was doing the work, when anyone did come in. It was cold inside as it was outside. Manager said she didn’t know how to work the thermostat. Ladies room had one toilet that was usable, other one stopped up, trash can was overflowing. I have stopped and ate at this KFC before and this was the worst I have ever seen it. Everything needed a good scrubbing on the customer side of the business. Truly hope the part no one could see was cleaner.

Arrived at restaurant and not a sole in front of me at ordering station. Stood there 8 minutes trying to find someone to place order. Placed order at 12:18PM according to receipt. At 12:40 our order still not up even though numerous people in back had gotten their order. Went up to counter and girl said it would be a few minutes more. At 12:45 our order up and only thing we ordered was chicken pot pie & sandwich..The sandwich sucked. I won’t be back.

Didn’t have any and i mean ANY food out at 630 pm on a Saturday. Noone acted like they cared at all. Theyd put a biscuit out per person as they showed up. No CHICKEN WAS READY!! and we stayed for an hour and there still wasnt any at all. Payed for buffet and had to eat just vegetables. The tea was empty till right before we left, and then when i went to get some, the time tag on the supposed new pitcher said it was pulled at 10:09 that morning and that it went out at 609 that night. 20 minutes before we even stopped in. The bathroom was filthy like it hadmt been cleaned at all for 2 days. The trashcan was overflowing with the paper towel roll not even hung but set on the counter with the tail of it in the trash. I watched them put new rice on the buffet and they didnt replace the old tray, they poured new rice on top of old rice and mixed it together. The tables were filthy. The food that was available (vegetables) was good tho. The cashier acted like she hadn’t had a good day in 5 years. No smile. Attitude. Made the excuse that the bar wasmt working so thats why there was no chicken out but when we asked for the chicken they sakd they didnt have any ready. Took 15 minutes for her to even acknowledge that we were there in the first place and there wasnt anyone in front of us. The manager was standing right there talking to her. Looked right at us and didnt smile or say welcome or anything. Youd think at least the manager would have apologized for that but no. A lady came in after us and asked why there was no chicken or anything but veggies and they said the hot bar excuse but she didnt stay. And when she walked out they looked at each other and laughed. All in all terrible experience.

People who worked there acted like they had no clue how to work there. Place was disgusting. Corporate needs to come and inspect their place of business and so does the health department. Found hair in my son’s good. Absolutely disgusting.

Only getting 1 star because i cant give 0. Cashier messed up my order to begin with, they also refunded me cash when i used my card. The bathroom looked like its never been cleaned. Fecal matter was actually all over the floor. I told the manager about it an she laughed in my face. Avoid this terrible place at all cost.

To start the lady at the drive thru was Very rude, every thing we ordered she acted as if we spoke a different language smart tone, appeared VERY unhappy..not sure. Food was good though. Wasnt busy.
