I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I did NOT receive the biscuit or any of the sauces that I PAID for. This is unacceptable, especially when the items were clearly listed on my order and charged.
I’ve attached a photo of what was received — there are no sauces and no biscuit included.
On top of that, there were multiple customers in the lobby stating they had been waiting 10–15 minutes for their orders. The store appeared disorganized and overwhelmed, and quality control was lacking.
While waiting at the register, another customer was allowed to lean over the counter and continue talking to the employee after already placing their order. The team member did not redirect them or prioritize the next customer in line, which caused further delays and confusion.
This experience does not meet the standard I expect from KFC. I expect a refund or compensation for the missing items.

When you are bagging these customers orders , it’s not hard to make sure they at least have everything for their order…

The fries were hot and fresh as always, no picture of those because they were gone before we got home, lol. Pot pie was ok and the new chicken nuggets looked like Chick-a-filet but weren’t quite that good. A little on the dry side even with a dipping sauce

There is almost always somewhere to sit inside. I believe most people just order out. Food is always fresh. If you call and order ahead, you will receive your food faster. Drive through line is long sometimes, and it is difficult to get back on the road because the traffic light is directly beside the drive-through exit.

We always pre-order through the app and pick up. The last several times, we get home and part of our order is missing. The way it is packed, it’s near impossible to check before leaving to make sure it is all there. Please improve upon this!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had waited in line for 15 minutes on a pick up order. My food was ice cold, and fried to a crisp. I could not eat it. The coleslaw had no flavor. The only edible parts were the fries and mac & cheese. Do not recommend never going back to this store or any KFC ever again.

Ordered a 12 piece Oringnal paid to substitute the legs for breast and when I got home there was 6 legs in the 12 piece bucket and I live 70 miles from the location and I have had a similar experience with the KFC in Mullins SC and I called the corporate office and they said they would mail me some coupons and at this point I want refunds period
