They have hired the most hateful acting girls! Three separate occasions. No greeting at the window no nothing and they took my card I asked for condiments and they walk away and on one occasion the one in the window tells another crew member to go see what I wanted. Food was good but the workers are horrible!!!

Had dinner here with my youngest son Silas while my oldest son Noah was getting ready for graduation. Friendly staff great hot food. Store was clean and well staffed for a college town. Walking distance to the college. Cookies had to finish cooking and in the excitement of spending time with my sons I forgot and they never brought it out before I left. All in all a good dining experience.

I gave KFC5 stars because they accommodated people in the best way. I attended a robotics meet.. there was a lot of hungry people, the drive-through line was wrapped around the building, they were so friendly, attentive, and had not one attitude! PLUS they served grilled chicken my favorite; we don’t have grilled chicken anymore in Raleigh. I was so over the moon. Thank you you guys; you did a great job this past Saturday kudos to you!

The frontline workers are always friendly and courteous. I have a problem with management, nasty attitudes and no personality. They are very disrespectful, unapologetic and rude.
