Two locations in Lumberton and I always try to go to this one. Service is slightly friendlier and cleaner than other location. Not on the major intersection as other location so not as busy to get food faster and less likely to have panhandlers standing outside.
Bowls are delicious so I typically order those and potpies over the chicken itself but that bowl with the gravy, fries and whatever else they throw in looks good on the menu board but is actually disgusting. Won’t ever eat that again.
If you order on the app it list 2nd Street which is currently under bridge demo so enter from the 5th Street side on other end of parking lot.

There have been multiple occasions of missing items. I did not receive my 3 pc chicken tender combo. How do you forget the main item? I’d be more understanding if it were just the fries. If you’re thinking of getting KFC, PLEASE get it from across town at the other one.

My experience at this KFC was terrible. We got a 12 piece chicken from there tonight and the chicken was soggy and not cooked all the way through. We called up there and let them know about our experience and we were asked to bring every single piece of chicken back with the receipt and they would switch it out. We didn’t care for the chicken anymore, we just wanted to let them know they need to start cooking their chicken all the way through. Customer service was terrible and food was absolutely terrible. 0/10.

Well I tried the new Chizza today which is a chicken breast fried crispy with pizza sauce mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top I heard a lot of people didn’t like it but for me it wasn’t bad at all. You got to try it before you knock it. Go get you one and leave your review I would like to know your opinions.

I on previous occasions, have went to the KFC on 2nd street in Lumberton to order a $7 fill up, Thighs meal only to be told that I can only get a thigh and a leg, where as the KFC on Roberts avenue in Lumberton will serve you the order you requested , I understand that a thigh and a leg are dark meat, and the customer should be able to get the order in which is requested that is classified to me as good customer service.
