Mannnn they got roaches! I am so disgusted because my family and I eat here almost weekly like clock work and I always go through drive through. Today was my first time having to come inside and I had to wait ten minutes for them to give me a biscuit AND I watched this guy show the manager some chicken strips and started eating them and he went around to the other side and touched food inside the warmers like wth?! I love the ppl there but yall gotta do better sanitary wise. I mean the drive through lady had a hair net! Why are we eating straight from the heaters with no gloves or anything?! AND A ROACH?!!! I have video of it still moving too!

I have been working on a big home improvement project so I needed to run grab some things after work so the family wanted KFC for dinner. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The BIG chicken sandwich was absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I have had from anywhere. Barely any chicken on it, very thin. Will look elsewhere from now on. Don’t advertise something and then serve something completely different.

Place is nasty and service is lousy. They were out of tenders and finally told me it would be an 8 minute wait . So I waited then it was a 16 minute wait for biscuits .Everybody sitting around looking at their cell phones . Got my money back and left never to return !

The staff was so rude, using horrible language, and just an overall attitude that customers were in the restaurant. I received dry, burnt tasting chicken. The only decent thing were the potatoes. I didn’t even get a biscuit. They gave me a slider bun! I will not return.

I ordered a no.1 white meat which is a breast and wing very dissatisfied the wing was the size of my thumb I paid $9.98 for 1 piece of chicken, they should have gave me 2 wing especially when it’s this small will not be back again

The staff was very very nice. The food was hot. They ran out of extra crispy but substituted regular, and in the process turned our 6 piece into a very large 7 piece. Sides were hot, chicken was delicious a door the team was fast. I will be returning!

Get home? Two 3pc?
Broke my own rule.
You still owe me a dollar.
I will count every price in the window from now on…
LAST TIME, Nov. we order a 16pc. dark meal. We hear, “hold that thought.” Expecting to hear they don’t have that much dark available, but we did not.
Get home- All of EIGHT (8) pieces of chicken? All the sides are there. So we call. On hold forever. Call back. Get told we hung up? No, I don’t think so. Not after paying almost $50 and getting half my chicken?
I like KFC. But this is ridiculous. Why they have to have cameras watching how much is put into a bucket? How about sending the right bucket out the window? No way you got MY 16pcs into this regular size bucket. Regular teaspoon for scale.
Bad apples ruin everything I guess. I sent my kids to get it. They don’t look in the bag. Thank you for making it right Jenny. Not everyone is a theif and is trying to steal from KFC.
I’m overlooking a lot.
I’ll consider it settled.
I wish it had been easier to correct tho.
