The front counter staff member was very welcoming and also seemed to honestly be pleased that we had chosen to eat our meal there. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with a biscuit. I forgot to ask for all dark meat. The counter staff was very willing to switch a breast with a thigh. I have always been treated professionally and kindly.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles….We can’t say enough about Kzareaha…..She was so helpful and attended to all our needs, we feel she went above and beyond for us. We got take-out for dinner from the Owen Drive location at around 6:30 pm. The pot pie was very dry and the chicken nuggets tasted burnt! So disappointing.

Front end service E.G; walk in was the best I have experienced in OVER 10 YRS! Her name is Bryanna! THE MOST CHARISMATIC AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCOMMODATE WHAT I WAS ASKING. Needless to say it was refreshing and appreciated. I will be going back to visit her again.

When a manager can’t come out to speak to an upset customer on the hour wait it’s time to find someone new. The workers are no better so whoever is running this business and speaking down on customers waiting over an hour for food and letting other people get their food before them have serious problems. Take what you want from this place, but this location is far from professional.
