I typically use the drive thru, however decided to go inside. There was only one other customer inside, heading out. No one greeted me, although there was a Hispanic or white curly head male wandering around with his red underwear showing. He finally made his way to the register, no real greeting as though he didnt want to be there. He was tossing condiments in the condiment tray as though he was playing basketball. All the while I’m thinking, rhe manager has no control. There was another very nice African American gent who assisted me when I had to return one item. No name tages but he had long twist in his hair; he was very professional. The manager needs to apparently do additional training g with the other gent because he has no business in a place of business with pants hanging off his butt, with that type of behavior. It was truly a turn off!

Go at your own risk several people’s orders in front of me were wrong after placing my order an waiting for 28 minutes I was asked if I had already ordered I said yes 28 minutes ago I was asked what was my order I said a 3 piece wing dinner an then was told oh we don’t have any wings plus the entire restaurant was filthy as you can see in some of the photos

Nothing earth shattering or unique about the food, but the service and dining hall were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining hall was quite clean.

I previously gave this place 3 stars, but my latest experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was hot and delicious. I ordered a to-go meal with specific requests, which were accurately fulfilled. The meal was one of the best I’ve had, and the great service made for a peaceful dinner with my family. I highly recommend this place.

Not a great restaurant. The cashier got the order wrong twice and when I tried to explain it they couldn’t process what I was saying. Really sad. Not a clean restaurant. Food was marginal.

On the road, a quick stop for dinner eaten in the vehicle. Spent 5 minutes waiting for the people taking orders to get their act together…. spoke with 2 different people and the second one took the order …for 3 sides: green beans, corn, and cole slaw. So, here’s what I got: corn & 2 green beans. Oh, and no fork included. Fortunately, I keep some in the vehicle.
Are customers a joke? Gig me once – shame on you. Gig me twice – shame on me. Never again returning and likely to avoid KFC everywhere. Disgusted!

Phantom Works
Came here on 04/06/2024, I don’t eat KFC often. My wife is pregnant and she was craving some so I ordered a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and some Mac and Cheese. I waited almost 30 minutes after coming thru the drive thru. Several people got their orders before me. After about 15 minutes, I went into the store and waited. They kept telling me it was about to come out. During this time, I saw several customers having to ask for things such as forks, napkins, sauce, etc. stuff they should already get. Furthermore, there was a young gentleman stating that he was ready to go home and I saw him scooping mashed potatoes while on his phone, not washing his hands, then scooping Cole slaw. I worked in the fast food service about 10 years ago as a teenager, we were taught to wash our hands every time we did a task that wasn’t food serving. Being on the phone while scooping food is unhygienic. You can see in the picture the phone in his right hand as he was putting it back in his pocket.
Anyways, after about 10 more mins, I was told that the reason my order was taking so long is because I ordered extra crispy. I was pretty upset, they knew I had been waiting there on my order and didn’t tell me this until the food was nearly done. I left an email with KFC stating I was dissatisfied. They told me they would reach out in 48 hours. They reached out on 04/16 (10 days later) wanting the order information.
The food quality was typical KFC, it was still hot even after getting gas and then driving 10 minutes home.
Overall, it’s a fast food place ran by a bunch of teenagers who really do not care. Service might be better than mine, it might be worse. This was just my experience.

On a long trip I stopped to order and use the bathroom. The doors were locked and they would not let me in. I believe it’s against the law to have a restaurant open with no bathrooms. Will not stop again.
