1/24/2026 Saturday 11am, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 6 tenders through the drive-thru. I had to wait 10 minutes on my fries in the front parking lot. So looked at my receipt and it said 2 no sauce. So I ask the lady who brought my food out why I didn’t get any sauce with tenders and she replied you didn’t tell them that you wanted any sauce so they not gonna give you any sauce with a attitude. If you want the sauce you gonna have to go inside and talk with them. The lady just walked away with a bad attitude to the side of the building to smoke a cigarette. I had to get out of my car and go inside, when I got inside the young boy that took my order just looked at me and turned away. This young lady ask him what is it that I need and I told her that I didn’t get any sauce with my tenders and looked at my receipt and said that he didn’t add any sauce to my order but did I need any sauce and I said yes ranch please and she kindly gave me 4 packs of ranch sauce for my 6 tenders. I walked out and the older lady was still smoking outside and I showed her the sauce and said see how hard was that to just grab some sauce. It seems like most of the workers didn’t want to do there job but just hangout and get paid for free. Can someone look into this and fix these lazy workers!!!!

Bone in chicken and chicken sandwich were hot and fresh. The manager was very kind and in control. The employees all seemed to work well together and help each other out when needed.

Do not go here on weekends. They have a whole different crew of teenagers working who couldn’t care less. It’s wonderful during the week and the food is fantastic, but weekends it’s terrible. Chicken wasn’t done and they forgot our biscuits. We ordered extra crispy and they gave us original. This is the second time we’ve tried on weekends and both times have been bad. Go during the week for a better experience!

Ok, ok so ordered #3, but got 4 breasts, knowing would be an up charge. Total ended up being $14+, no worries. Upon returning to begin eating, no straw was given, at all & went thru drive thru. In addition, considering I’d gotten mashed potatoes & gravy, you’d think I’d gotten a minimum of 1 spork. Nope-None at all. Turned all bags inside out looking for one. Come on now guys, they weren’t that busy even + that side mashed doesn’t come close to a “side”. You’d think the price difference between #3 & getting all breast, they’d have at least offered to upsize the mashed potatoes or give option to add a side for 1/2 price, but didn’t.
Keep all this in mind. Not saying is exclusive to this location, in general. No condiments though big issue.

When I come back to Rowan County for work, I’ll definitely stop at this KFC again. The employees were professional and friendly. They served me the best classic chicken sandwich I’ve had from a KFC so far! Great job guys. Check out the picture of that beautiful sandwich. Loved the spicy mayonnaise
