I was feeding my 2 year old this pot pie and thank goodness I was feeding him because there was multiple bones in it this size and smaller, I understand that sometimes a bone can be missed but this many in one pot pie is just carelessness.

With so many elderly and potentially hard of hearing customers your employee working the counter ( Theresa) should be more patient, speak slower and more clearly, and remove her mask so we can place an order without feeling like we are inconveniencing her. This KFC refused to take an order from my mother at the drive thru. They told her they could not take coupons that they sent in the mail. I called and was given an excuse that we had to order on an app. Who wants or needs their app? Just lost my business. I live down street from it. I will go to Rutherfordton location.

Ordered 2 20$ fill ups original recipe.. got crispy but didn’t have any seasoning just plain flour & fried lightly chicken wasn’t cooked all the way..nothing about this meal was” KFC”.. Wasn’t cooked all the way but loaded n grease so much the chicken fell through the bottom of the box… this had nvr happened at this kfc b4.. what a waste of money for ppl that have to feed their children

Your food is good when you include EVERYTHING. Got home with the food and not a single sauce out of the 6 we listed in our order was in that bag; because of this tragic incident I need everyone to know it ruined my appetite. I was so thrilled to have some of the sauce with my food, but no—dry as the desert food with no sauce, severely disappointed. Do not come here, unless you want them to forget something in your order.

I went through the drive thru and got a famous bowl but asked for the chicken on the side, they gave me the wrong order and I had to turn around and get back in the drive thru line because the inside was closed and they had given me fries and some Mac n cheese and demanded all this back before they’d give me what I ordered even though they messed up and knowing they can’t re use food once its been out the window, you would think as a courtesy you would let me have these little items for the hassle of having to turn around and waste 15 minutes of my life when you’re literally throwing it away anyways… the lady who was working at the drive thru was sweet but whoever was yelling in the back was disrespectful. Probably won’t be coming back to this location, luckily there’s more then one in this area.

This KFC is the best kfc in RC. My dad is the general manager!! He runs a good restaurant. He is also looking for employment. He needs more help for hire. Call them for more info. I had the bowl and slaw which is always a good choice

Absolutely love this location! My food is always fresh & fast. Guy at the window is always polite. I have started going here the 2 or 3 nights I have to work in that area. Will definitely refer this location to any local or someone passing through.
