The only reason I’m giving one star is because the guy who took my order at the drive-thru was friendly; otherwise, I would have given zero stars. I ordered the three-piece ORIGINAL and a two-piece CRISPY. The original was decent, but the crispy was really nasty and tasted old. I also ordered a side of corn, and it was completely dry and old—an absolute joke. I have been to this location many times before, but it’s never been this bad. Unfortunately, this is the only KFC in Mooresville.

Come on Kfc. You can do better. $3.39 for these tiny individual mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I wanted to check out their free bucket deal. And it made me order $15 worth of items to get it.
It did not give me the option to get the bigger size
I truly feel ripped off
This is not the way to make a comeback
I stopped eating here because the food was nasty, overcooked and made me sick years ago
But when I heard about the Free bucket deal and how KFC was trying to make a comeback, I decided to give them another chance
Very disappointed!
Even the bucket with the chicken in it looks like it got smaller and that little nugget waffle was $1.99.
I’m not coming back until the portion size is a decent size for my money
I will add you could retrain your drive thru employee to smile and make a customer feel welcome when they walk in
Instead of giving a blank stare and making me feel like why did I just walk in there? No wonder that place was empty.
The other employee with the child was very nice on the phone and smiled at me while I was there.

Over all this is one of the good fast food places on 150. They are consistent and have staff. The food is good and hot, service could be better (asking for butter and honey is an issue and takes a min to get) and the atmosphere is well get in get out. Like I said though compared to some of the other places on 150 I’d say it’s 5 ⭐

Ordered a two piece meal with two sides for my elderly mom. The chicken leg was the size of a drumett and the thigh was smaller than the palm of my hand. When they told me the bill I just about had a heart attack. It was $13 and that only included one side. What happened to the meal coming with two side like they have always served? Seeing how the pieces are so tiny and with only one side I will have to find a different place to get a chicken dinner for my mother.

DoorDashing is always tough, but tonight we have Ashley taking a catering order for over 15 minutes and then putting the guests dinner order ahead of everyone else’s orders while her team is in the weeds and there is a line four deep of Dashers. The Manager and Nolan are doing their level best, but then an off duty employee comes in and jumps on the line, making tensions high and Ashley is trying to make excuses for her poor judgment. This is a management issue – I would suggest HR step in to address off the clock work by an uninformed employee and store retraining on how to handle DoorDash orders.

I’ve never seen a place run so poorly. Me and my wife have gone there several times. The last 4 times around 7pm there give a different excuse of why they don’t have chicken pot pies. The only honest answer came from one of there young staff. She said they only make so many and don’t make any more. Meanwhile, they stay open until.10:30pm. What business plan takes a popular item and decide to not make anymore after 6pm. Crazy.

I couldn’t get points for my order inside. Girl said I had to order online to get the points and pay ahead w/ credit card!!! What a rip off! I came to get the country fried steak that was advertised yesterday in their window….they didn’t have it. They had taken the sign down!! Guess I won’t be going back there!!

I let it go the first issue I had with these people I ordered chicken tenders through the app and it never asked me what sauces I wanted or maybe it did and I didn’t notice it but either way I brought that to the attention of the person handing me my food and I asked them what sauces am I getting and do I have an option of sauces their response was they don’t know what’s in the bag I politely asked how they couldn’t know if they were the ones that put the items in the bag then they threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave for the crime of wanting sauce with chicken tenders not to brag but I had sauces at home and it just didn’t seem worth it and I did leave

I was back today the app offered an 8 peice for 10$ and it was disgusting. At that price you’d think its hard to complain … but you just didnt see it touch it taste it . Extra crispy ? Extra slimey . This was slimey and gross . Is this the only fried chicken restaurant in town yes , would I think twice also yes

The sauces or lack there of that come with your chicken tenders are not my business or anyone else’s for that matter and I also accept that extra crispy translates into chicken so soggy with grease the wet detached skin can hardly hang on to the the slimey chicken flesh .

Your employees are rude and ignorant asking for sauce with chicken tenders isnt an absurd request and your food is disgusting, youre the only game in town and it’s disgusting .

I feel sorry for the bird that died to end up mostly whole in my garbage can
