I don’t know why we keep coming back here. Every time we get a to-go order a portion of our order is missing. This time is was the side orders of mac-n-cheese and the potato wedges with queso sauce. It’s not like we have complicated orders either. We also didn’t get the extra biscuit we ordered or the one drink we ordered.

Impulse purchase. I just had a craving for KFC and saw the KFC sign along the freeway and the steering wheel almost turned itself. Super easy to find, however, the left arrow on the traffic light takes forever to turn on. Parking is easy. Bethany, who seemed to be running things, was friendly and professional and got my order on the counter FAST! Excellent food. The restaurant was spotless. Highly recommend.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever ate. I took me and my kids in there to eat and the manager Mike brown and shanelle Hines was so rude and disrespectful to there employees and there customers. The guy Mike was making a girl who was in drive through cry. While the lady was laughing in the back ground. Neither one of them even washed their hands or put gloves on while making our food. I watched as Mike went outside and smoked as the other employees was struggling. He didn’t come in and wash his hands he just immediately started grabbing food with his hands. No tongs or gloves. We waited on our food for almost 38 mins. Meanwhile the women manager was in the back not helping. I wanted a refund and they both told me no. They didn’t see an issue with my order. I willl never go back to this kfc. The food was so greasy and so over priced. I’m extremely disappointed. Someone needs to do something about management there. The women’s underwear is always hanging out it’s just disgusting the place is trashy.

Wow this location used to be awesome, not anymore. I went thur there yesterday to pick up a eight piece meal ( 34.00 ) the manger asked if I wanted all white meat at no up charge, I said ok but I do prefer drumsticks…he said no problem he had extra white meat but still had plenty other parts….Dear Lord when I got home and opened the bucket I was shocked, the chicken was black looking and so greasy, I didn’t even debone it for my dogs. We never ate the chicken….our dinner was mashed potatoes, coleslaw and biscuit. My last visit. I won’t be back.

They act like they are in slow motion.. you can ask for condiments and utensils…then ask them when they hand you your food, did you put in the condiments and the utensils and they will say TES. GUESS WHAT…YOU PULLIVER TO EAT AND NEITHER IS THERE..Happens time after time.

After placing an online order, I waited what felt like forever because the service was extremely slow. When I finally received my food, I carried it out to my vehicle in the pouring rain. Before leaving, I checked the order and, of course, some of my food was missing. I went back inside (leaving the bag in the car since it was still pouring) and informed the staff that my wedges were missing. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, I was asked to show my bag, as if I was trying to steal extra food. The employees were rude and unorganized. I wasn’t the only one having issues either; multiple customers had to return to the counter due to incorrect orders, and even a DoorDash driver had been waiting over 20 minutes. By the time the situation was finally addressed, my food was cold. Y’all need better training or new management. To spend almost $40 on food and then have them insinuate that I am trying to get free wedges is absurd.
