Poorly staffed seems to have no structure employees and do work. There are always playing. Doors and drive-through says it’s open till 10 but they’re never open till 10. Just very poor service. And also manager must not know how to place proper food orders the last three times I’ve been there thy been out of something I wanted.

This KFC/Taco Bell has disappointed me on multiple occasions. One they advertise they close at a certain time on the website but they always consistently close earlier l! 2. They never have chicken in stock when they are a chicken restaurant and their there have signs saying they have specials but then when you go to order it they don’t have buttons on their registers for that special any longer. So I have been to this KFC on three occasions and I have left empty-handed 3 times. Unbelievable is all I can say. How do they stay open? Seems like they want to push you to buy tacos instead!!

The service at the drive thru was HORRIBLE! When I pulled up to the window, she held her hand out for payment but didn’t speak a single word… didn’t give me my total or verify my order… nothing! Then she hands me my bag of food, which was a pot pie, and the pot pie box was almost completely upside down. I said thank you and she just stared with attitude all over her face. Not to mention the girl in the background messing with chicken with no hair net and a head full of long black hair. This will be my last visit.

Just left this place. I ordered two of the 3piece big box meals one with all legs and the other with all thighs. I had to take back in due to wrong breading on the chicken and they were really nice and replaced the chicken. I got home and checked. I had jelly but they didn’t give the biscuits back. I had one box with all legs and one with a leg thigh and wing (two pieces I won’t eat). Tried to call them and of course the phone is busy. 22.00 for what!! And we live 20 minutes away so going back to get two biscuits and change chicken out isn’t worth it.

*UPDATE* I went back during the day and was able to talk to the general manager of this location. He was very polite and respectful. He listened to what happened and thanked me for letting him know. He gave me the number for the lady who is over him and his store and invited me to come back and see their improvements. He informed me that this store is under new management and they are trying to change the way the community sees their restaurant.
