Good service and decent food. Just needed a quick bite to eat. There aren’t that many fast food places here and this was my first time eating kfc in a long time. Everything tastes like I remembered and the chicken was pretty good.

Horrible customer service. My Dad & stepmom stopped went thru the drive thru on 8/4 at approx 4:30pm & their order was messed up. No big deal. The girl working the drive thru got her manager (a woman with a nose ring),& the ATTITUDE she gave my Dad about his order was DISGUSTING!! We realize that mistakes happen, but to treat a paying customer the way she treated my Dad is inexcusable! Shame on her! She has no business being in charge of anything, & should really get out of the customer service industry altogether. She certainly shouldn’t be employed there any longer!

I have never wrote a review about anything in my life. I go to this KFC/Tacobell often and have never been so disappointed. First they were not serving Tacobell, which is what I wanted but decided okay I’ll just do KFC I’m pretty easily pleased. I get a family meal. It comes with 2 sides. (Pictures below) The guy at the window also said right before handing me my food which was $30 “Excuse me ma’am…but we are excepting tips today.” I do not mind tipping, I always tip when I go out. That is not the problem, but do not ask for a tip when you are aware of the lack of quality food you are putting out. Or give someone a heads up, you don’t t have much left, you might want to pick another side/s.

HORRIBLE! First off, they forgot the mac and cheese and the famous bowl. Paid $54 and the chicken was HORRBLE. Dry and no flavor. Tried calling the store, NO answer and the phone cut off after 12 rings. Did an online survey, what a joke. Called customer service, also a joke. ALL I WANTED WAS A NICE QUICK EASY MEAL. NOPE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Chicken tenders Dry with no taste, ordered a side of sauce for them specifically 3 didn’t come with. Tomato’s on my crispy chicken sandwich taste watery and old no taste. The crispy chicken sandwich was my to go to when ordering from KFC, truly disappointed wondering if management changed. Please do better.

Pull up to the drive thru at 6:50pm the sign says they close at 8pm. We were told to wait and then we were told after waiting ten minutes they were CLOSED. Rudely btw and when they decided two simple KFC bowls was okay, they not only took OUR order but the car behind.
