Window service. To start I had a hundred dollar bill,the boss was rude and didn’t even try to get change. I had to ask for my drink.Then got my food went to eat it on the beach,no spoon or napkins. So I went back and asked for something to eat mash potatoes. They just passed out the window no apologies. The box with the meal box the chicken came in had potatoes down the side

If you want KFC drive by this place for sure and find the next one. I didnt recieve my side of mac and Cheese nor my side of cole slaw. Nothing to drink…..but i wasnt told that until after i ordered meals that come with drinks. They were out of drinks? How the heck does that happen? All we gots is water? The gentleman aks me about my reciept i let him know i wasnt given a reciept and he said yes we give everybody a reciept so i let him know that they didnt give me mine. They had nothing i ordered at first they were out after after church the guy says…..dont you cook more? This place is terrible dont stop there!!! And i got 5 chicken nuggets in my 8 pc nugget dinner that came with no drinks!

This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to on the outer banks, the food was a joke, hard cold and inedible.. I threw all our food away because it was that bad! The man who waited on me was so ridiculous I was shocked how blatantly rude he was as I tried to place my order at the counter, he kept huffing and puffing as though I had done something wrong for trying to place a order and interrupting him from being outside ( which btw I couldn’t believe that there was 3-5 workers hanging out in the front and chatting loudly even after my family entered and stood at the counter just waiting and waiting for a worker to come in and wait on us) obviously from how filthy the place is they don’t go in much and clean there to busy hanging out with friends than working… it’s so unsanitary in there that I’m surprised it’s not been closed, my shoes were sticking to the floor from something that had spilled at some point in there and not been cleaned up, the tables were disgusting the bathroom was even dirtier..in general my visit here reminded me why I had stopped coming to begin with.. sadly this place should be shutdown gutted and cleaned and and new owners,managers and workers need to be hired because the ones here obviously could care less about this place.. warning AVOID AT ALL COST! if the locals who supports this place off season would boycott it here maybe they would shape up and change for the better….as for now”” I recommend NOT coming here..

I have never wrote a review about anything in my life. I go to this KFC/Tacobell often and have never been so disappointed. First they were not serving Tacobell, which is what I wanted but decided okay I’ll just do KFC I’m pretty easily pleased. I get a family meal. It comes with 2 sides. (Pictures below) The guy at the window also said right before handing me my food which was $30 “Excuse me ma’am…but we are excepting tips today.” I do not mind tipping, I always tip when I go out. That is not the problem, but do not ask for a tip when you are aware of the lack of quality food you are putting out. Or give someone a heads up, you don’t t have much left, you might want to pick another side/s.

Employees all yelling at each other. Manager tried to get them to quiet down, did nothing. He apogised, but no respect for him or customers waiting there. Food was ok..have had better from other KFC places.

Good service and decent food. Just needed a quick bite to eat. There aren’t that many fast food places here and this was my first time eating kfc in a long time. Everything tastes like I remembered and the chicken was pretty good.

Went there to get a family meal. Got home and they forgot my biscuits. That’s all my daughter eats from there. So I drove back there since they don’t answer the phone and told the lady they didn’t include my biscuits. She asked me how many I said 6 and she gave me 5. Simple math skills and they still couldn’t count the right amount.
