I had to make a trip back to restaraunt because my husband’s chicken came with no skin on it. And let me preface this next statement with, I am a bald woman. How is it that hair got in my food? Hair!!!! I thought the staff had to wear hair nets and keep facial hair at a minimum? I don’t know, but this really cut my meal short. I lost my appetite and immediately stopped eating. The lady however, was nice enough to humbly accept our complaint and gave my husband an extra piece of chicken. Overall, I didn’t see any of the workers wearing gloves nor hair nets. The food was delicious, nonetheless. Disappointed that I could not enjoy the rest because of the hair.

This location seems to care more about making money than taking care of customers. On Tuesday, they have an advertised special of 8 pieces of chicken for $10. I went in and asked for a box of chicken, and instead of informing me about the special, they sold me a 12-piece for $27.89 without mentioning the Tuesday deal.
After I parked on the other side of the store to wait for the order, I noticed the sign advertising the 8-piece special. I went back inside and asked about it. They told me they could not issue a refund and instead offered to give me more chicken. I suggested that I would accept two of the 8-piece boxes (16 pieces total), which would be $20, but they had already charged me $27.89. She said they could not return any money because they “do not do refunds.”
I have never experienced a store that refuses to provide refunds in a situation like this. The customer service was poor, the staff was rude, and there was no effort made to resolve the issue fairly. This is not the level of service I would expect representing the KFC brand.

Prices on the drive thru and inside board had a price that was different than was rung up. Instead of honoring the price I was given the excuse that it was the price with tax. I explained that the price before tax was $21.99, then they added the tax. Their response was the price must have changed. It’s not hard to honor what is on the menu board, but not to own up to it or offer a resolution is not appreciated. Check your receipts against what the menu is on everything.

Just do KFC a favor and close this location and sell it to Popeyes. This location hurts KFC’s name. Knowing this locations propensity to take forever I ordered online 30 minutes before I got there, 26 minutes as they liked to argue in their favor, and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food. Then ended up without sauce and dry chicken. This is always an issue at this location. I see more cars going around to wait for food than just driving off with their food.

Chicken tasted like it had been cooked in grease that was several days old and the wing had feathers on it that even Stevie Wonder could see. Now I can see why there is no long lines at the KFC’S because all of them have poor food quality.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Kentucky Fried Chicken and WOW! what a pleasant surprise!
I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes. It wasn’t the spiciest chicken sandwich I’ve had but overall it was one of the best chicken sandwiches. Nice size piece of chicken, cooked perfectly – still hot and juicy. The mashed potatoes were delicious – I’ve always liked KFC’s mashed potatoes. The biscuits and checked tenders were also cooked perfectly and we’re tasty.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I’ll definitely be back!

Went to this location and ordered some apple pie poppers. Manager on duty told me as of 6 months ago they no longer cook them. Which I know is a lie, I just purchased some last week from this location. Instead of saying they will be ready in 5 minutes like others she gave me raw poppers. She supposed to be a Manager. Every time I come there she has attitude. Everyone else is very respectful at this location.

Listen. This was the worst Fried Chicken I have ever had. It was almost black. The oil hasnt been changed in at least a week. Absolutely unable to be eaten. Paying $40 for a bucket of chicken is outragious enough, but for chicken that was this bad? Go anywhere else but here, please.
