Food was fresh and hot! And most importantly the customer service was outstanding! I used the drive-thru and the cashier was named Miriam! She was the most polite person I have encountered in a long time. She is a great face for this business! I sure hope to be served by her when I visit this location in the future! Thanks Miriam for providing such great service at a time when great customer service skills seems amiss!

I ordered the $30 Fill Up meal with a few extras online at 4:20, with a pickup time of 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told I needed to wait because it was still being prepared. The lobby floor was super sticky and my shoes tried to stick with every step. Most of the employees were just milling around, I greeted them and was ignored. Then a slender gentleman wearing management attire came from a side door and stepped around me without speaking. He was pacing and looking out the windows. A few mins later another gentleman arrived (possibly a district mgr) and went with the mgr into the kitchen. He also didn’t acknowledge customers. The only employee that seemed to be working with urgency was a lady who appeared to be 70-80 years old. Two employees started bring my order to the counter and she had to stop them and check to make sure everything was there. Now it’s about 5:20 and my food was placed on the to-go rack and the employees walked away. I collected my food and wished the employees a good evening, to which only the old lady and a drive thru worker responded. I got home and the food was ok for the most part. My large fries weren’t even halfway full, but my chicken was tasty. I don’t think I would return here again.

Not so happy with this place. It’s always just wrong. I always give this place hope because it’s close to home. But I guess this is the last draw. I brought food for lunch not long after it opened, and the chicken is old and so dry. It’s just prices of hollow crisp. No cheese for the MAC & CHEESE… After years of not good service I have to blame it on the overseers. New employees and the food is still the same. Sorry guys for this rate.

I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes behind a car to only noticed they weren’t taking orders. I go to the window and they stated they were full inside the restaurant and wasn’t taking any drive thru orders. He also stated they had to service the customers that were on the inside…I said but what about us who are outside. He said sorry and walked off. The time was 7:15pm and it was like 7 cars in the drive thru line who were just sitting there waiting like a fool like I was. Poor service, poor leadership, I will NEVER go here again!!
