So we visited this location today during lunch working approximately six minutes down the street, and it was a horrible experience! The customer service at the window was absolutely the worst and they would not honor our request for chicken which they said they did not have. How do you not have chicken at KFC?!?! also we wanted six legs between two three-piece orders and the lady at the window said we could only have one three-piece leg meal… I think this is a little observed for KFC to not have chicken and not honor. What pieces of chicken are requested…. Also, you can see in the images below. The chicken looks like it is falling apart, and there was a mystery sauce on my potato wedges…. How strange! I will not be returning to this location ever again. Higher a new staff and have chicken ready at KFC.!!!!!

Going through drive up and having to wait almost 20 minutes for tenders wouldn’t have been so bad if we got fresh tenders. They were dry and tough and clearly old or sitting out ALL day. Not sure what the wait was for. Tried to give this location a second chance after being forced to wait almost 30 minutes last time. Again it wouldn’t be bad if the food was fresh. Insult to injury. This place never fails to disappoint.
Tried to go again, maybe it’s better now? Not the case.
The chicken was dry, the biscuits were hard, and you could tell it all had been just sitting for a while.
Roku remote for scale.
This location shares itself with Taco Bell.
Which we also ordered from and of the 6 tacos we ordered all 6 were made incorrectly, nothing difficult, just no lettuce or tomato on them.
For $56 it’s a complete and utter rip off.

First off, I ordered a 3pc dinner I got 1 Thigh and 2 legs. Supposed to get 2 thighs and 1 leg. They were over cooked and really old. No juice at all, the nastiest chicken I have had in a long time. I had fries and they were overcooked and cold too. I could not even eat it was SO bad. Bojangles is opening up the street and I hope they put you out of business. The only positive thing is they served nasty chicken fast.

Employees will refuse to cook chicken at 7:30 PM when they don’t close the store until 11 PM. So don’t go here if you actually, you know… want food.

Locations stated that they close to 10:00. I arrived around 9:30. How to spell the KFC was closed and at Taco Bell was open. I was also told that they had some Chicken or KFC stuff left. When I asked what they had I received an attitude .

We ordered Taco Bell and went to get unsweetened ice tea. The didn’t have any out, you had to ask someone. Several workers looked at us and ignored us . After getting our drinks we waited for about 10 minutes. No one was making our order. Finely is asked and was told she would make it next. The taco shells were all broken. One was in 5 pieces. Won’t Come Back.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF REVIEWS.Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, service, food, quality!!!!! Been there man times and every time say I am NEVER GOING BACK… today shorted on chicken pieces, it was burned and very greasy. I hope MRS. Toma sees this.. it’s bad bad bad everything about the experience. Will NOT BE BACK!!!!!! There should be a ZERO on rating because that’s how much effort went into the effort of preparing my order… pure damn shame !

This is horrible! I get these greasy tenders with burnt pieces all over it sitting in grease and cold fries. Look at my meal versus what I ordered. I want my money back. Great way to ruin my night, it’s cold and I’m still hungry.
