The hispanic female employees on the night crew have the worst attitudes at this location. I work in the area not far from this kfc and if the Hispanics are working the customer service is going to be trash. On 2/6/2023 at 9:12 pm i ordered 6 fresh chicken strips (just the strips) and the manager on duty was trying to charge me $15 for 6 strips! I got the feeling they were upset because I asked for the chicken strips to be fresh. No matter what attitude these children that work there have, people are still going to visit this location because they are one of the few places open in the area for people that work in the pm. Crazy part is, right across the street from here, a warehouse is hiring and starting people out at $19hr

Arrived 9:05 p.m. They stated they did not have my whole order but they would make it work. As I’m sitting at window I noticed a lady with a water hose spraying counters/floor. Got home and it looked like my fried chicken was sprayed with same hose.

Incredibly slow and had to return 3 times before they managed to pull off our relatively simple order. Pulled in to try and get a quick bite and stay on the road. Would actually have been faster to order uber eats from Charlotte!!! At least the place was filthy. So I got that going for me…..which is nice!
