This location always has a wait. I pulled into the drive through and waited for an extensive amount of time. I pulled out of line, parked and went inside to order. Several customers were waiting in line inside. Counter service was also slow. One Male customer returned his order to the counter while I waited. He requested a refund due to the quality of his food. I finally got my order and left. My food was okay. It would have been better if it was hot. I always see new staff when I go inside. The turnover in staffing seems to be a consistent for this store.

This place should be shut down! Disrespectful staff and poor service. Waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Word to the wise, when ordering at this “hole in the wall” make sure you ask them to put the gravy in containers. The mashed potatoes were in containers but the gravy was dumped in the bag. This type of work ethic and mentality is what is destroying this Country. And they want $15 an hour but show they aren’t even worth $0.15 a day.

Had quite a long wait for our food. The restaurant was filthy – food, paper and spilled drinks on the tables and floors. We had to clean a table ourselves. We heard the manager instruct the employee to clean the tables and empty the trash. This was partially completed while we were there.

Polite staff working really hard to serve the drive thru line while also allowing customers inside. The dining room was not spotless but the staffs willingness to show up to work and take care of their customers far outweighs any defects.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Unfriendly employees and the slowest workers I have ever seen. Brings a shame to the name of fast food. Don’t stop here unless you have a good 15 minutes to wait on your food. The cheese in my taco was frozen! My dinner box? Was scattered throughout the box. Sloppily made to say the least! Spent more time remaking my food than eating it

How is this location still opened? The food and service here is just deplorable! Then again, most places in this area delivers the same… Wilmington is two hours away, but what you get there and here are NOT to be compared. I’ll just eat late (at home), if this service is considered fast! You could move cars and deliver decent food if the employees weren’t busy playing and texting!

I went to KFC this evening and ordered two original meals, a two piece and a three piece totaling approximately $17.06. As sat in the drive thru line waiting I had a few minutes to exam the menu in more detail to which I discovered the $20 fill-up option was the better deal. When I approached the window I explained to the KFC employee that I would like to charge my order. She refused and/or denied my request explaining that they had already prepared my food and it couldn’t be changed. Mind you she never do much as passed a straw out the window to me and there had been no money exchange. I kindly put my car in drive and proceeded down HWY70 to Bo jangles! Extremely poor customer service to say the least and a missed opportunity for KFC TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

Food was good. Service was slow. Waities behind 1 person inside for a togo order. Took 9 mins for 4 burritos. When i walked out to my car the same vehilce that was at the back of the line was now at the window. It was like 8 deep in the drive thru. 9 customers in 9 minutes isnt that bad i guess

Frequently messes up order.
Employees are rude at the window.
Through the window their work area looks gross and unorganized.
Employees very unresponsive and seem to get annoyed if you ask for anything… like a straw.

Last night i had the worst experience. 8:30 pm went through drive through, was told by the staff that they had only 2 items pn the menu. Wings and stripes.
I was shocked that they did not cook anything for the remainder of the night till they close. Asked for the MOD and store# but was refused any info. I love KFC. But this is unacceptable. Something got to ru. This place better the the MOD on last night.
