This place has undergone a major transformation thanks to the new team. Congratulations to Mrs.Jones on her beautiful marriage & God bless their hard work & efforts. We ordered here after a long day and the food was so delicious. The restrooms were sanitized and the dining room was also clean. I was smiling like the kfc man in the pic after eating it was so good. I ordered at the Taco Bell side. My experience here was just lovely. Marissa was my cashier, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be back! The food was tasty, fresh, and warm when I received it. The service could have been just a little faster, but I do understand that they are pretty busy since this is a combination KFC/Taco Bell. Overall, 5/5 stars!!!

Ordered dinner from here and EVERYTHING was old and cold. Called and the worker was yelling to other workers while I was on the phone – then the phone disconnected. I drove up there for a refund and the young manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never received this poor level of service and food quality before and I’m so disappointed.

I met a horrible female night manager with a beard when I went to pick up my order at night. I had an encounter in the parking lot and instead of her helping to deescalate the problem, she made it worse. Only to see her smoking inside the guys car few minutes later . That explains why she didn’t want to help out.

Came in to order the hot wings and wedges but its not on the app,so the young lady Lashonda told the manager black lady with a horrible attitude that its not on the app her response right in front of me and her staff was thats his problem. That was very unprofessional and unprovoked. I will never return to this kfc as long as she works here.She needs to be restrained on how to speak to her staff and to customers!

Poor service….poor customer skills from employees.ordered in drive and was told that they were out of my drink order so I went with another choice.chose barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders…pulled around to pay and receive food…after paying was handed a drink with no ice and when I asked why I was told then that the ice machine was down….this was not mentioned when my order was placed.To top it off I dint have barbecue sauce with my order either.
