I frequently visit this location.
My favorite is the chicken sandwich meal with fries.
Their biscuits are fantastic. My only complaint is their instant mash potatoes would be better if they were not instant.
Overall this is a great place to get a meal.
Don’t waste your money here. I went through the drive-thru and right away the girl taking my order wasn’t paying attention she kept repeating the wrong food back to me and clearly wasn’t listening. When I pulled up to pay, I was told to pull forward and wait for my food. For the record, there was no one behind me, in front of me, or even inside the restaurant.
After about 5 minutes, I saw another car waiting and asked how long they’d been there they said “a long time.” That’s when I parked and went inside to ask for a refund. The same lady who took my order was in the office counting money. I had to call out to get her attention. She came out with an attitude and asked what I ordered. She never gave me a receipt either, which would’ve made it easier. My food was just sitting on the counter, and she handed it to me without saying anything.
The place looked dirty inside, and it’s gross watching employees wear gloves but still touch their phones and other stuff with the same gloves they use to handle food. The owner seriously needs to clean house if they want this location to survive. Fire the manager because it starts with her. Not sure how many managers you have but for reference, she’s a tiny black woman since I didn’t get her name.
Went there months later and was waiting while I got to watch people behind the counter eating off the line. Like what??
I placed an online order to be picked up at this location at about 7pm on a Wed night. we had to wait an additional 20mins for our order to be ready. In addition to that, it was missing items, the biscuits were hard as rocks, the chicken tasted old, and the mashed potatoes were watery.
I tried to call the restaurant – but no one answered the phone, so I called the corporate line, only to be shuffled around and was promised a call back which I never recieved. Upon following up just a little while ago again with the corporate number, I was shuffled around and promised another call back tomorrow.
This is BEYOND ridiculous for service and customer service.
UPDATE 2/17/26 – I originally posted this review on 2/13 and I followed up with the corporate number only to be told that someone would be contacting me on Saturday the 14th, but I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I am pretty much assured that KFC corporate and the local franchisee don’t care much about service, quality, or customer service/retention.
