Place has REALLY went downhill. I literally just went there and was in line for 15 minutes. There was one car infront of me in line and no one behind me. I regularly get mashed potato bowls, with no drink. He charged me the price of a full meal, and no drink! When I tried to tell him he rang it up wrong he wouldn’t even give me the time of day. I wasn’t rude a bit, and then all the people working in back came up and started giving me the evil eye, as if they didn’t have other things to do. A man at the front counter was very visibly upset and the same boy who took my order told him go “hold on he’s busy” and stuck his finger up at him! I went the other night as well at 815, all the signs and online Says they close at 9, but we’re already closed! I included a pic of said mashed potato bowl, and as you can see they definitely withheld.

This place was so clean, the chicken was hot and fresh and the lady who took our order gave us the senior discount without even asking! We normally don’t eat KFC, but this experience made me happy I opted for it instead of other choices. Good job!

I get KFC when I have family over or just want some good hot comfort food. The $20 fill-up is very good… also the $30 fill-up if you want to add tenders. The KFC dipping sauce is very good.

Worst KFC ever, I have gave them a chance twice now. The first time the food was horrible and so was the service and the second time was just now when two employees are outside smoking at 8pm and the doors are locked so customers can’t come in. I won’t give this place a third chance.

This location is absolutely horrible! Placed an online order for over $40 that said “ready” for pickup and then sat at the window for over 25 minutes before it was finally given. So it’s hard to tell what was done to the food prior to delivery. The employees need to be investigated!

Traveling to PA from TN , got dinner at KFC and it was the best we have ever had. Tasted like it did when we were kids with our family. Chicken moist and delicious. As much as my husband’s work keeps us on the road. Never had KFC this good!!!

Nasty dirty store, couldn’t empty trash into cans because they were stuffed full, dirty tables had to clean our own table so we could sit to eat, dirty floor, booths were wore out and uncomfortable and we found hair in our food.
