I’m going to give this place a 5 star and I hardly give 5 stars because most of the time there is room for improvement anywhere, but someone gave them a 1 star because KFC chicken is greasy so I’ll bump mine up to a 5 to try to improve their overall score. This place was super clean, especially the bathrooms. Their employees were very friendly, and that’s hard to find in fast food nowadays. The design of the restaurant is really cute and laid out nice. No problems parking and the parking lot was clean, and easy to get in and out of, for the most part. The service was super fast, no real wait time at all. (We were there like early afternoon). And the food was hot and delicious! The fountain soda had a little bit of an off taste, but probably because it’s town water or something, but they weren’t bad really, just a little off. Overall, this place rocked! Great job guys!

Sunday at noon was busy. But, the service time was quick for the number of people there. The chicken was delicious. We like the Grafton KFC and frequently go there. We average $11 per person for family of 4 with most totals between $40 to $45.

The people try hard but they are under staffed during busy times like weekends. I’ll keep going but the service in very hit or miss depending on time of day. Even when you mobile order exactly what you want. You wait ten minutes then they negotiate no extra crispy…..come on!

The manager and employees at this restaurant go above and bring to make sure that every customer, even the late night stragglers that most people see walk in and sigh in annoyance, get a being pleasant experience while being a customer at this shop. They are extraordinarily accommodating and will consistently make sure that you are happy with the food and leave the experience and interaction grateful and with a smile. They may be busy and slower at times but they never forget to make the individual feel heard and recognized in a memorable way, it’s definitely my go to in a night of take out or delivery.

I don’t know when an eight-piece Chicken Plus 8 tender meal became $60 but it was it was just kind of okay nothing wonderful and they forgot the honey and jelly and butter for the biscuits so we couldn’t even eat them

i know large orders take more time, so i order well in advance so i don’t have to wait as long. this place can never get food out in a timely manner, and i mean NEVER. it’s 15 minutes past my order time and i just now got my food.

was extremely rude to my doordasher who was politely trying to get my drink corrected that was made wrong, and told her that if i didnt like it id “get over it”. while a manager was standing there watching. i will be “getting over it” on my way to chick fil a instead✌️
