I ordered Xtra crispy n it was soggy n not crispy at all. N the meat was dried out no juice nothing. Total waste of $40. Never again. After a long day of work so disappointed.

We thought the first few times were a fluke because it’s so bad and KFC food is usually tasty. Things you get at other locations that are really good are terrible here. We have NEVER had a good piece of chicken from this location, ever. The only description for this store should be “it’s always bad.” I posted a pic of the most recent sandwich, my camera makes it look like it’s yellow or brownish but it’s anemic looking, like we just took it out of a frozen hungry man dinner. We don’t usually leave bad reviews but the masses need to be protected. Update: tried again. Last picture is the all they gave us for 4 biscuits. When I specifically asked for extra, twice. They ARE TERRIBLE. If you want to save money try getting orders right instead of being skimpy jerks.

I visited the KFC at 4015 West Main St, Weirton, WV 26062, United States, expecting it to be open until 10:30 p.m., as advertised, but the staff shut down early and forced us to leave at around 8:40 p.m. When asked why, they admitted they just didn’t want to work. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who rely on posted hours. It left a very negative impression and made me question the store’s management and customer service standards.

Every single time I go here, they screw up the order. Do NOT drive off before checking your food. This last time, I got two pieces of chicken in a three-piece meal, AFTER waiting over 10 minutes. If it is going to take that long, the least they could do is give me the food I paid for. It’s also a gamble on whether or not you will get sauces (hardly ever unless you ask at the window, even if it is on your receipt) or straws/utensils/napkins (50/50). Save yourself the aggravation and just skip it.
