My husband and I went to the drive thru just to order 1 simple drink that’s it nothing else, when we pulled up to the speaker the girl tells us one second, sure no problem………nothing but crickets for several minutes eventually we drove away, mind you there is absolutely no cars in the drive thru and only 1 in the parking lot. The customer service at this specific place is below par it’s very clear noone there truly wants to work, never been to any place where they make the customer feel more like a pest than a customer. Shame. If you want good customer service and food I’d definitely recommend the kfc in steubenville if you can drive the extra 15 minutes. WEIRTON KFC YOU HAVE OFFICALLY LOST MY BUSINESS, ALTHOUGH IM SURE YOU DONT CARE.✌️

We thought the first few times were a fluke because it’s so bad and KFC food is usually tasty. Things you get at other locations that are really good are terrible here. We have NEVER had a good piece of chicken from this location, ever. The only description for this store should be “it’s always bad.” I posted a pic of the most recent sandwich, my camera makes it look like it’s yellow or brownish but it’s anemic looking, like we just took it out of a frozen hungry man dinner. We don’t usually leave bad reviews but the masses need to be protected. Update: tried again. Last picture is the all they gave us for 4 biscuits. When I specifically asked for extra, twice. They ARE TERRIBLE. If you want to save money try getting orders right instead of being skimpy jerks.

The staff is rude! I asked for a specific cheese and they gave it on another sandwich and I was told they can not do that … after I was told it was fine. Then I had to wait on a pot pie.. they asked “you want to wait 20 minutes?” I said yes …I asked where ? She pointed in disgust and said o er there. It’s been 15 minutes going through the drive thru … so I should just have to wait 5 minutes???? NOT!!!
