Fries were hard, dry, and inedible. No spoon for cold macaroni and cheese. Tenders were dry and small. Cups filled all the way with ice so only had a few drinks of actual liquid. Out of most things that my friend ordered.

Food didn’t taste all that great, service was decent, but I about hit the roof when I ordered a side of slaw and paid full price for enough slaw to fit in 2 thimbles. What a rip off. I wouldn’t have minded it as bad if the food was good, but it was the worst I have ever had it from here. I remember a regular side was 3 times as big as this, not its about making more money with less and inferior product. KFC is going along the lines of McDonald’s, selling over-priced, smaller serving dumpster food.

This is the second time I’ve gotten undercooked chicken. The first time this happened was last week and the new manager was happy to make it right…she was very kind but sadly this will be the last I ask for that. This chicken is not cooked, cold, it is white all around with no skin, DRIPPING in grease. I like my chicken greasy but this is just disgusting. I am sick right now for attempting to eat the legs. I wouldn’t give this crap to my dog. BEWARE

I think this is one of the best KFC restaurants we have in the whole valley. Try the new chicken nuggets they are irresistible. I ordered them last night and before I ordered I asked the cashier if they were crispy or original recipe and she said well the best way would be just to show you so she turns around and goes to the back and comes back her out with two nice size newly cooked right out of the fryer delicious chicken nuggets for me to try and for my fiance as well that’s why there were two. Anyway I have never had anyone at a fast food restaurant especially offer me a sample but they did and guess what they made a sale for it because I ordered them because they are delicious they’re white meat chicken they are not processed meat in any way they are super delicious I can’t go on about how great they were I didn’t even use any kind of sauce or anything they were just great by themselves. But every time I’ve ever visited this restaurant in particular I have never been dissatisfied with the quality or with the service of this particular restaurant so giving you guys some props you’re doing a great job keep it up and I’ll keep coming back. I would recommend it to anyone especially after the experience I had with the restaurant on the island. But that has nothing to do with this one. The people are great the store is clean The food is delicious what more could you ask for try it out, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Ian, who works at the KFC in Benwood, West Virginia. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this young man truly deserves it. From the moment I stepped in, Ian went above and beyond to help me with my order. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful — and honestly, he saved me from spending nearly $50 by patiently walking me through some better-value meal options. His knowledge of the menu, paired with his maturity and professionalism, was impressive — especially considering he’s still in high school.
It’s rare to see that level of customer care and thoughtfulness from anyone, let alone someone so young. Ian carries himself with a calm confidence and attentiveness that reflects extremely well on your team. He made me feel valued as a customer and genuinely improved my experience.
Employees like Ian are the kind that keep people coming back. I truly hope management sees what an asset he is to the store — he’s already working at a level beyond what’s expected. Give that young man a raise, a bonus, or at the very least, some serious recognition. He’s the kind of employee that makes a company better.

Cashier, Angelina, was very rude. She acted like we were an inconvenience. Instead of listening to my order she was rude and had to come out and asked me to confirm it. Long wait for food and not one vehicle has come up behind us in over 10 minutes. Prices are to high service sucks and I can see business is down. Won’t be back.

If I could give it zero I would. My wife sat waiting for a dinner for 30 minutes. First they said they were waiting on biscuits. Then they were waiting on chicken. Then my wife gets the bag and guess what there aren’t biscuits. Then tells the manager who Then proceeds to give her a mashed potato instead. Get the food home. Fries are like rubber. Strips are even harder to eat. Absolutely unacceptable. I get its hard to hire good workers but hold the workers there accountable and make sure the product is some what fresh. At least make an attempt as a manager. Ultimately you’re held accountable. Not just the staff. They’re only as good as management. Eat here with caution

I placed an order online to pick up. I went to pick up my order and all 6 of the employees were outside messing around. One lady was working alone inside with three people ordering. I ordered a 16 piece meal and only received 10 pieces which looked as if it had been from much earlier in the day. I was also missing a side dish. No one came to help the one lady who was working alone. Very disappointed
