Ordered through the app to see how they work. Plus, they are giving away a free 8 pc bucket with a $15 purchase. Everything went smoothly. Had to wait a few minutes for the chicken to be finished, but that’s good cause I knew it was fresh. Everything tasted great.

I went thru and ordered a 12 piece nugget meal. Waited in line for about 13 min ish, when I paid for my food I was told to park. Cool I thought I was getting really fresh food, when I opened my food or looked old or overcooked. The fries were definitely not fresh and the nuggets were either way over cooked or old. I’m guessing towards old because they weren’t hot at all. This picture is exactly what my food looked like upon opening. Presentation, NOT GOOD. I have gotten meals before and they have never looked like this ever.This is not the first time I’ve gotten old food or overcooked food from here. I went thru about 5pm and only had two people in front of me whom were also parked to wait for 12 min. This place really needs corporate to come in an overhaul the entire restaurant.

Went there around noon on Tuesday. Lobby door was locked. Went to drive through, sat there over 6 minutes and never got waited on. Drove around and found the lobby was finally unlocked so I went in which was a mistake. Noticed when I got to the counter that the kitchen area was dirty. Large puddle of water on the floor. Service was poor. To top that off they are still advertising an app promo on the window which they won’t honor, seems like false advertising. This is the third KFC in a week I had trouble with

Took over 30 mins on 2 different occasions on just a famous bowl and large Mac and cheese. I gave them another try the 2nd time bc I thought they was just busy or something but nobody was even there when I ordered the 2nd time. HORRIBLE!!

On dec 12 2025 at 530pm we endured a 30 minute wait to get our food through the drive through after placing a mobile order. Was instructed to pull ahead and the food would he brought out. They claimed to be waiting on tenders. After 20 minutes of sitting in the car we proceeded to walk inside and wait another 15 before our food was given to us. Upon inspecting the bag we noticed a family portion of fried and all 6 sauces were missing. Really sucks to have a bucket of chicken with no sauces to dip them in. Avoid this place at all cost. It is a waste of time. The people working this KFC are as incompetent as they come.

I placed a mobile order for pick up, drove to the store and waited over half an hour and then once I got home I ended up having missing items: 5 chicken tenders, a biscuit and several sauces. I called the store about these issues and the person who answered and identified themselves as the store manager said that there is nothing that they could do other than have me return to pick up the missing items. I stated that I wanted refunded as it was such an awful experience and because of the missing food. I was told that since the order went through the app that he could not refund it and that I would have to contact the corporate offices. No fast food is worth this hassle. Plus, if it’s going take half a hour plus anyway, find somewhere to sit and have a better meal than what this dumpster fire of a KFC will provide you.

Ordered our dinner in the drive thru and paid there was no one else here, they moved us to the front to wait and we waited a half hour and probably would have waited longer if my husband didn’t get out of the car and go back up to the drive thru window. All the doors were locked so he couldn’t go in that way. If you’re going to have only 2 employees working and can’t keep up maybe you shouldn’t be open. Oh and the quality of the food was rubbish. My chicken was drier than the turkey in Christmas Vacation and my macaroni wasn’t even 1/4 full in the container.

I placed an online order. I waited for an hour to be told they didn’t have any extra crispy chicken! An hour! Why don’t they have chicken ready for dinner. This place wasn’t real busy either. The lady in front of me just left, no food or refund!
