Been waiting over an hour for my food and still nothing. The lady at the front counter was rude, disappeared, and never came back. No updates, no apology, no food — just awful service. This KFC seriously needs better staff and management.

Ordered 2 25 piece meals with advanced notice for pick up at 530 didn’t get our food until 645 and then was missing 20 biscuits and 2 large sides of corn. Oh and was told that there are only four people on night shift and that they have all of Logan county to worry about as well as us and that it was day shift’s fault that nothing was ready.

They literally close at 10:30, tell me why I went through at 830 and they acted like it was a bother I was even there and kept telling me different wait times like it would make me leave. They “were cleaning the fryers” like they were closing. Told me 25 minutes then when I said that was fine, they then proceeded to tell me it was going to be 16 minutes then another 25 minutes, when I said that was fine, they then acted annoyed.

So we literally went through the drive through and ordered 12pc nugget, 2 biscuits, mash potatoes, and coleslaw… we got up to the window and they had giving us someone else’s order, well things happened so whatever.. we go inside and tried to get our correct order. We stood in that line for about 30 minutes, another man in there had told us he had been in there since 5pm and by that point it was 6:30 so he got his refund and left. Well anyways we get our food and it’s the craziest stuff ever. They gave us not only the 2 biscuits we asked for, but FIVE of them. 2 mashed potatoes and 1 coleslaw. Absolutely NO chicken whatsoever… the thing is, we didn’t even realize till we had gotten home.. AN HOUR AWAY. Safe to say this place will not be getting any of my money or my family’s money from this point forward.

never expect to go here and not wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food. if you go through the drive through they will pull you up then completely forget about you !! then once you go inside to get your food it’ll be cold. they claim they don’t drop fries after a certain time when it was 4 hours before closing. i have went here MULTIPLE times with the same issues. management is terrible, place needs shut down and a complete new set of employees.

Slowest restaurant around. I ordered online and scheduled a pickup because I know how slow they are….that order wasn’t ready and I still had to wait 45 minutes. The food is good but the wait is ridiculous…or maybe you’re just famished by the time you get it and even cardboard would taste good.
