Stopped at 730 to grab dinner for the family. Cook “thought” they were closing early and had already shut everything down. Was going to be 45 min to get food. This was 730 they are supposed to close at 9.

I just had to come on here to say what a pleasant visit we had yesterday evening, and it was thanks to the wonderful staff that day but mostly the man who served us. Service for 6, and everything was perfect! Thank you Matthew for making our visit so enjoyable! You went above and beyond! Food was good and would have been an overall positive experience besides having to walk under a waterfall to get in the store due to the employee outside pressure-washing the building. Maybe this is something that can be done outside normal business hours?

Love the food but today’s service was terrible. After going through the drive thru, had to go back in twice for the drink they didn’t give us and whoever loaded the bag put the fries in upside down which dumped all in the bag. They replaced the fries but put at least a tablespoon of salt on each order. I could tell by the placement of the fries and the amount of salt was not by accident. Drink was only about 2/3 full as well. Do better KFC or you will lose our business.

We placed an order for a Christmas eve get together for the family. The food was ready to be picked up on time. Food was extremely hot and fresh. They took the extra effort to package it very professionally. We would like to personally thank all the employees for making our get together very special with grat food!!!
