The order delayed for a while and they said it was missing for some reason. This time around they have improved. The gentleman who helped me was so courteous, professional and polite. Have been let down by this KFC multiple times in the past but decided to give it another shot this evening. Ordered chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and instead ended up with mediocre chicken tenders and a side of macaroni and cheese that didn’t appear appetizing enough to even try. Another botched drive thru experience. And not surprising given that the young man working drive thru refused to give the man ahead of me his request of 7 chicken legs, telling him that he did have that many chicken legs but if he gave them to him then they might run out for future customers (this was at 7:15 p.m. and they didn’t close till 10:30 p.m.). The only reason I gave this meal 1 star is the biscuit was good.

This place needs to be shut down. Did an online order and received email conformation my order would be ready at 7:34. Arrived at 7:40 and my order had not even been started and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my “Mac and cheese”. Pulled forward and waited for my food to come out which was at 8:09. I would have went inside to request a refund but the lobby is closed so the employees can lay in the booths with their feet on the table (see pics). Food was luke warm at best and after seeing what was going on inside, I tossed it out. It’s sad that another family favorite has gone bad.

I just got drive thru from KFC in Teays Valley,WV. The 12-piece chicken was overly done. There wasn’t enough slaw or mashed potatoes for 4 people. The biscuits tasted like baking soda and dry.
I ordered 4 piece chicken strips and was given 3 of the smallest pieces of chicken that wouldn’t even feed 1 person.
All of this mess for $48.00. I don’t mind paying the price if the food is good but this was awful. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, just not a good experience. The drive-through service was great, however my chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless, as if it had spent most of the day under a heat lamp. Keep in mind this is the first time I’ve eaten here, so it’s a 1-visit sample, but it simply wasn’t good. Cannot recommend.
