I was very disappointed in my experience. I placed my order the person taking the order was meticulous. When we got the order home one entire meal was missing. Though I ordered 4 meals and got 4 boxes and one bag. One meal was completely not there. So one person did not get to eat. We called and them and the person who answered could have cared less. It was late and icy so going back to get a refund or the food was not the best option. Be careful when you stop here check everything carefully!!

me and my family went here the other day and it was terrible, the women in drive thru was rude, we got to the window and paid, they handed us our drinks and gave us a drink that looked like sewer water! disgusting! we asked for a refund and they tried to debate us on giving us one, wanted us to pull forward for a refund. refunds don’t even take one minute. will not go back here again, terrible ran location.

Went today after work to get, 8 piece chicken meal with 2 large sides of mashed potatoes and 2 sides of macaroni and cheese with biscuits. Took over 50 minutes to get my food and all my sides was wrapped in plastic wrap. Was very disappointed. Asked for a refund an they denied it. Said that they was short staffed. No excuses… very disappointed.

They lost my in-app order, then they didn’t have extra crispy chicken at this location. Next, they asked me to pull forward and wait. Finally, the person that delivered my order to the car complained I had held up their drive thru, eventhough there was plenty of room to get by. Very poor location.

This is the worse KFC i’ve ever been to. They only care about the drive through. I placed an order on the app. I arrived at the time it told me to. And then had to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Meanwhile, the drive through kept moving along. As someone who has worked in fast food, this is not how the business should function. I will not be coming back to this KFC.

Was told one thing in regarding the app that turned out to be a lie. It clear this place doesn’t care about the customer. When I ask the manager for the district he refused to give me that number. Had to call KFC corporate to find out the promo on the window was no longer valid and that it won’t be honored. So do no spend extra money to get promos as they maybe outdated and won’t be honored! Manager is equally unpleasant and unprofessional. Think I avoid all KFC going forward myself.

Joke of a location. They are currently advertising a KFC famous bowl and a drink for five dollars. They argued with me through the loudspeaker, and when I pulled up to the drive-through to show them a picture of what the board said, a cashier and then a manager refused to honor the price. She said it was priced wrong, and I asked that since it was priced wrong on the board, if she would honor that. She said no.

Ordered a 12 piece hot and spicy wings on 8/22/2025 my fault to not check before i left. Box contained a mix of whole wings, sections, original recipe, and crispy. Food was cold as a pups nose and totally flavorless, most of it wasn’t even suitable for the garbage can. Do yourself a favor if you’re hungry enough, pick some leaves of a tree and eat before wasting your money at this restaurant.

Only the second time going here in 7 years. The first time they shorted us a biscuit. This time on my particular order I ordered 12 nuggets, got 6. I was supposed to get 3 honey mustard and one comeback sauce (paid for the 2 extra) and didn’t get a single one, instead got 9 packets of honey, 2 grape and 2 strawberry jam. I thought the jam was catsup (same color packet) to put it on the cold potatoe wedges so they had to be thrown away. Instead of mashed potatoes and gravy, I got just gravy. Last time at least the biscuits were fresh, this time so cold and old they crumbled, couldn’t even pick them up without a spoon. For 37.00 and an hours trip, we will not go back at all ever.
