Always clean and well lit. Staff is kind and helpful. We ordered the two piece meal each. Added Mashed Potatoes & Cole Slaw. Realized we only get one side. But we ordered extra. This is more a corporate issue-but the biscuits are not what they used to be. Large and flaky. No more. We know prices are high but your biscuits were the best! Maybe you should go back to rolls? Just a thought. Maybe some ambiance in the dining room? Great meal tho-we were very pleased.
Otherwise-Close to gasoline and route 60. River access for a quick bucket on the river. Have supported since I was small. Thank you for being open!

It was not a pleasant experience, arrived at 12:06 p.m.. to pick up some lunch. I ordered a crispy whole wing meal to be told they only had one wing. Would I like something else. So I took the wing and drumsticks. I ordered a 3 pc tender as well. The chicken wasn’t fresh. The biscuit was hard, and the tenders were dried out. This used to be my favorite KFC in my area. How do you not have fresh food at lunchtime?

It takes a lot to make me write negative comments,but Saturday I went through the kfc drive through,and ordered a 2 piece 1 wing,1 breast I requested both original… with mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit! i skipped the coleslaw! I was told “we only have extra crispy,it’ll take 7 minutes for the original!”
I parked and waited…after receiving a box,I peeked inside to check my order…I saw a wing, and the breast both were extra crispy to my disappointment!
Plus there was macaroni and cheese in the place of the mashed potatoes!
I went back to the window to inquire about my order…in a nice voice, I explained that I hadn’t got what I paid for…I was told “our machine that makes original chicken is broken down so we had to use the other COOKER IT’S THE SAME! The window worker said as another person quickly handed me a container of potatoes with gravy! (The same person who brought the food outside to my car!)
I advised her that I had a broken tooth and it wouldn’t be easy to chew through the crispy exterior of the crispy chicken…she assured me that the chicken was original!
My spouse and I both could plainly see that it was super crispy!

Came here to get food. Waited 30 minutes for a $20 bucket of chicken with two large mashed potatoes and an order of potato wedges. Very unsatisfied with the wait time.

30 minutes so far in the drive thru that looks empty because they make everyone park in the parking lot and wait. Not sure how much longer I’ll be waiting. May need to go find a chicken for them to cook since apparently all of theirs ran away. At least 10 cars just waiting all this time. But if you pull up to the drive through it looks like no one is waiting.

Service was awful. They had a bad attitude while serving and did not get us the right food that we ordered. I do not recommend this place. Super long waits. And The girl who was helping us order was not nice. She had a terrible attitude and it didn’t seem like she cared. None of these people seem like they wanna work here they should all quit. unless you wants to wait 50 minutes for OK food and terrible service don’t come to KFC.

It’s a mystery what you’ll get and it’ll take 30+ min. This store plays the can you pull up game everyone loves. Sometimes they will pull you to a parking spot and forget you. 30 minutes later when you ask for a refund it magically just came out. Wow!! No apology from the manager just a warning it’ll take 5 days to get your money back. Cool!!! Make sure you check your order too. 1 out of 5 trips it’ll be right.

Service was complete crap until one gentleman came in . He was not a manager or shift lead just a tall dark hair slim build kid in his 20s maybe, but soon he got there after we’d been a half hour already he got the orders slammed out. The drive thru had been wrapped around the building since before we got there. Saint Albans has the best chicken and Service. West side is absolutely terrible all the way around. Kc manager is rude and hateful to the delivery drivers, and your food will be cold before you start eating slow slow slowĺ

mobile order still wasn’t ready after being marked ready on the app. Received half of the order. Had to return to the store and wait another thirty minutes for the other half. The chicken was so over cooked you couldn’t tell the difference between original and extra crispy, mashed potatoes were runnier than the gravy, the corn was taken directly from the can and not even heated, and the pie poppers were still frozen in the middle but otherwise drier than dust. The only hope left was the chocolate cake which was at least edible. I don’t normally complain and I’m not a very picky person but I kind of expected a little better for an order that was over $80. Also, it was not busy at the time I was there so I don’t really see a valid reason as to why everything was just so bad.
