I waited 15 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken that wasn’t even hot when I got home, and I live less than 10 minutes away. I had to wait over 5minutes to be helped at the register and then another 10 mins to then only see them pull a piece of chicken off the rack. I don’t know why they had me waiting for room temperature chicken. They ran around doing everything but putting two pieces of chicken in a box. There was another man sitting there waiting too who said he had also been waiting way too long. I paid $9 for two pieces of chicken that had been sitting on a rack. So not happy.

Great place if you like fried chicken. The Chicken was good and LOVE the fries. The price was a little pricy for fast food but overall a great experience. Edit: they brought back potato wedges

Hayley is the one that was working drive thru on the day Taco Bell opened up. She went over and beyond on getting my food out to me. The only complaint I would have is I have a special needs kid who has eating difficulties and he loves the mashed potatoes and gravy. This time the taste was off for us. That’s never happened before.

Well we ordered our food, and they forgot about us. We ended up having to wait 20 minutes to get our food. They did apologize however. The chicken tenders I had gotten were really tough.

I’d really be ashamed to serve burnt chicken. The sad part is we had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking & they still burnt it!! My job is cook at a different restaurant & I would never serve burnt food to anybody!! We could barely eat it cause it was rock hard!!

Ordered a $52 order last night. App said it would be ready for pick up at 6:40pm (I ordered at 6pm). 7:30 my husband finally got home with supper. Started getting everyone’s orders to them and noticed my husband’s 5pc tender wasn’t in there, the biscuits that came with the meals wasn’t in there and the nuggets were cold as ice. Spoke with manager named Hunter. He stated if I could come back that night he would give us 10 tenders in placement of the missing items, however my husband had worked 14 hours yesterday and all he wanted to do was eat, take a shower and go to bed. Hunter stated he was going to just replace the whole order. He “wrote down my name and whole order” also stated he’d let his day manager know that he was replacing it. I honestly didn’t want kfc two nights in a row but husband insisted. I call to let them know I was coming for the replacement order hunter “wrote down” to find out he didn’t write down at all or he did and nobody could find it. Still didn’t get the biscuits that were missing, instead of the 5 tenders (that meal alone was $17.59 because husband gets large so he has leftovers for work) he got 3.. only got 2 of the 3 milks that went with the 3 kids meals and neither of our meals got the large drinks. The manager just looked up at me and went back to doing what she was doing. I was willing to show my receipt but nobody wanted to be bothered to look. At this point I’m done. Ill never give that kfc anymore of my business.

Manager is amazing, clean, friendly staff and helpful, food is delicious and usually served in a timely manner great place to get take out or dine in… edit 2025 unless main manager is there service is terrible placed an order it wasn’t correct they “fixed it” still wasn’t right never got my order after an hour I gave up and went home! Do not go unless manager is there! Waste of money multiple people asked for refunds or had incorrect orders that day I was not the only person!

Chicken Pot Pies are fantastic, hot, flavorful, and made to oder on time. During later evening hours, I recommend calling ahead for your favorite dishes. Pot Pies take 20 minutes to complete. Therefore, if you want them Hot-n-ready, call before you go. Fried chicken is juicy, mashed potatoes & gravy: my recommendations are to have gravy on the side, macaroni and cheese is a family favorite, green beans are too soft for my taste, corn is crisp (perhaps frozen upon cooking), and biscuits are light & fluffy. Regular staff is very kind, confident, polite, respectful, and maintains corporate integrity. However, upon corporate visits ( while I was passing thru drive thru), the staff seemed to walk on egg shells while corporate leaders were rolling their eyes at us customers in the background, making it very uncomfortable for us. Us locals keep this restaurant open, so why treat us so poorly. The regular staff are top-notch!
