I went through the drive thru around 2pm for a late lunch. Was asked to pull to one of the parking spaces to wait for my food. I had ordered one meal… not a family meal. I saw two others waiting also. I waited close to 20 minutes.
The young lady who took my order and brought me my food was very sweet and friendly. She did apologize for the wait. I was nice about it.
The food was pretty good with the exception of the cherry pie bites… they were super greasy and did not taste good.

I just came through the drive through 11-27-24 at 2:30. I ordered a chicken tenders box. There’s was no seasoning on the fries no big deal. I bit into a chicken tender the color was darker than usual it had so much seasoning on it and I love seasoning I typically over season my food the salt made it inedible I could tell a mistake had been made. I just ordered from them less than a week ago and came back because they were good. The manager made me come inside I showed him the tenders they gave me more you could obviously tell were also over-seasoned. He caught an attitude with me said that’s the way they are when I’ve had them before I know how they are. I told him to try one. I was just trying to tell him there was something wrong with it. I won’t be back!

Monday, July 17, 2023 2pm I drove thru and ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs, fries, and lemonade. I received 2 thighs and 2 legs with fries and drink. I drove back to restaurant and walked inside with my receipt and asked them to fix it. They put the order in a new bag but, didn’t transfer salt or ketchup. The box fell apart upon opening it and fell into the bottom of the bag. There was no napkins or silverware included which I would think for drive thru would be a given! We drove home 20 minutes then opened everything up. Fries tasted old and hard, chicken was dried out with skin missing. Some of the meat actually hard and yellow ( see pictures). Lemonade was watered down and they forgot to transfer the salt and ketchup after changing bags. We tossed out all the food and deemed it not for consumption. I opened up an inquiry with KFC Corp #01572848 . The staff didn’t give me back my receipt when they fixed the order. Desire a credit please to my cc.

Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. All food was cold and NO plastic ware to eat the sides! Horrible meal! We’ve eaten here before and the food was good. Horrible this time. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC IN ANY WAY!

There are three (3) noticeable things about this KFC in Bedford VA.
* The chicken was cooked just right. I loved the taste and it had the right consistency of crunch.

The Bedford KFC is one of the best around . Always friendly , warm and welcoming . I recently had the opportunity to visit with my son . My son loves it too . Love their famous bowls

These fools just try to charge me fifteen dollars for 4…..4….. Chicken tenders made with the Nashville sauce. Not a meal. Just tenders. And these are the baby tenders too. 15 bucks for four bites of overly processed yardbird with sauce. Wow. Guess where I’ll never stop again? Yup

I was told at 1215 to pull up they are waiting on chicken tenders. It’s now 1245 and I’m still sitting here. Several other cars were waiting for their food and every time the lady brings a bag out the customer goes right back in because something is wrong. The guys behind me waiting on food just left without there food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. And it doesn’t appear I will ever get it.
