The food was great! It was quiet, we were the only 2 people there besides the workers. My husband got the same meal I did except he wanted different sides. She didn’t even ask him what he’d like she just put the same sides on both plates. And that was that. My husband hates coleslaw. I ended up eating 2 coleslaw and I gave him my greens beans.

The cashier punched the counter and started cussing when he accidentally overcharged us. They were not busy at all so I don’t know what had him so ready to freak out over an easily fixable mistake. Management did not apologize. The entire time we were there, customer after customer came to the counter to complain over waiting for their food when there was no line.

The food at This KFC in Virginia was just as I remembered it when I was a kid! All original tastes and smells
(I only wish that the KFC tasted this good in the North Patchogue store on Long Island New York and at the KFC in Calvert County Maryland! Those locations are not making the food as original, but more like Spanish food! The gravy is watered down, no flavor, the biscuits are stale and dry. Instead of mashed potatoes, they offer Spanish Rice and Beans! These stores are always out of Dark meat and only offer Bone Dry Breast!)
Again, “This” KFC tasted Great! With Original tasting Gravy, Original tasting Coleslaw! Awesome job to those at this Virginia KFC!
If I could, I would visit Virginia more often for the great Authentic KFC!

I don’t know how to start this. First thing, our Indian friend is on the line first, waiting for someone to take his order. When the lady came (she’s in her 40s to 50s, I think), she sounded so mad getting our orders. Then, when we sat down already at our tables. We saw that there were people waiting for their orders, so we expected that our food would be a little delayed. But then we were surprised that it took so long and to think it wasn’t busy that time. Not a lot of people coming and so on. As a chef, we understand it so much. The thing is, when our food was ready, the lady shouted to my friend and even pointed her finger at us like she was so mad. She can just say that our food is ready. We are not locals. We are from different races. I don’t know if she’s being mean to us because she’s fine with others. From all the restaurants and fast food chains we dined in before… it’s the first time that happened. My concern is if you’re having a bad day, we understand. But please, it’s working hours; we are paying to have a great meal. Thank you.
