KFC Taco Bell is honestly one of the most disappointing fast-food combos you can go to. The whole place usually feels rushed and unorganized, like the staff is just trying to get people out the door instead of actually caring about the food or service. Orders get messed up a lot, and when you finally get your meal it’s often cold, greasy, or sloppily put together. The chicken can taste oily instead of crispy, and the tacos are sometimes stale with barely any meat or toppings inside. It really feels like you’re paying full price for something made with half the effort.
On top of that, there are always random groups of people just standing around outside the entrance, which can make it feel uncomfortable or awkward to even walk in. Instead of feeling like a normal quick stop for food, it can feel chaotic and unwelcoming before you even reach the counter. Between the low food quality, long waits, and the uncomfortable atmosphere outside, it’s the kind of place that makes you wish you had just gone literally anywhere else.

I base my review from several visits conducted in the past year. The service here is okay but can use a lot of improvement.

The establishment: it is always filthy looking especially in the drink area. There is some serious lack of proper house keeping here! The floors were sticky. The entry way was left uncleaned from dirt and mud. There were numerous tables left trashed from lazy customers. The restrooms were messy.

The food: Rubbery chicken, overcooked french fries, and dry biscuits.

Arrival/Departure: The parking lot has a difficult entryway and is not easily accessible as this is a congested area. Exiting the parking area is difficult from the constant traffic.

This was by far the one to the worst experiences I’ve had with a KFC. We stopped here on a road trip for lunch. I will admit the restaurant was busy, but it took 30+ min to go through the drive through (maybe 5 cars). We ordered 2 chicken strip combos. 1- the chicken was rubbery and not crispy or juicy at all- seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. 2- fries were soggy. 3- biscuits were under cooked. They were out of ranch dipping sauce as well. What a waste of our time and of $20!!

Prefacing this with I’ve worked at and run food and beverage businesses. I have a very high tolerance for lack of service or things going wrong…but this takes the cake. I was the first in the drive thru at roughly 8:45. The lady running the window took the order in a standard manner, but once I pulled to the window this turned into an experience that initially I laughed about, but eventually was mildly disturbed by. After sitting at the window for about 15 minutes I was asked to pull to the right. As time went along…1, 2, 3, 4 cars parked next to me…I figure maybe short staffed, making things fresh…you name it, I came up with the excuse…until…watching two employees walk out for a smoke break with at least eight cars (five including myself to the right of the window and 3 in line) waiting on food. Again…brushing it off, I laughed…took a photo to send to my wife as a joke, and then things turned. After taking said photo, the girl posed for another and proceeded to give me the middle finger. I get there is a lot to unpack here, many fingers to be pointed, etc…but at a minimum, it was disappointing to see that some people, businesses, etc. feel comfortable with this type of effort and behavior. Ultimately, the food was fine (props there), but come on folks…just care a little more about putting forth your best effort..(rant over)…

If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever received. My jeans are ruined and I will be cleaning grease off of my car seat and door panel for weeks. The manager argued with me about the liquid in my bowl and mocked me when I said it was grease…he said it was hot sauce. I have never gotten a spicy famous bowl with “hot sauce” like this. Pure grease!

First and last time going to the KFC I went there after work trying to pick up a few wings just to take home to eat so I didn’t have to cook but the lady that took my order was a brand new cashier which I’ve been in that predicament before but there was no one up there to train her or help her one of the guys that worked there was on the other side of the counter I told this gentleman I said you need to clock in and go help her because don’t look like don’t nobody want to help her so with that being said another lady comes up there it was one two three four people in front of me that hadn’t got their order yet the only thing I wanted was 12 hot wings with the lady only rang up six hot wings when I realized this that infuriated me even more because there’s no one there to train this young lady it was not her fault it was manager’s fault management standing over there talking to the fella that’s not on the clock that was actually trying to help this lady so yeah y’all need to get it together I was in fast food for 25 years I love my jobs that I had I worked at KFC for 5 years so yeah y’all need to get it together I don’t know what’s going on with the management there but who’s ever restaurant this is y’all need to go check on your own people cuz something ain’t right here

I arrived at 5:45 pm. I was told the bar didn’t end till 8:00 pm. When I went to get my food, their wasn’t any chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits, sweet potatoes, etc. Just empty pans. I let the staff know and they filled up the mashed potatoes and added 4 biscuits. Never once was the chicken pans filled up. It only contained wings which I didn’t want. There was a young girl who was shouting at another employee telling them not to do anything but handle the drive through and to ignore everything else because they were having a rush. The bar was not only lacking food but it was dirty.

The absolute worst experience i have EVER had at a fast food resteraunt. I mean the WORST do NOT go here. I could write a whole essay on this place but the main points of my experience were waiting 1 1/2 hours for the second half of my order. They said they were short staffed but had people standing around and literally turned down someone that walked in for an interview!!!!! That had a scheduled interview at that! There were people in uniforms standing around and when I asked for them to please make my child their food they looked at me and said they don’t make tacos but was literally wearing a taco bell uniform. The old black lady and the old blonde white lady was arguing with a customer when the customer asked why no one had taken her order. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN I will be calling corporate and the health department to file a complaint on how filthy this place was.

Tried to order a nuggets meal but the cashier didn’t seem to know it came with a side so I asked if I was supposed to get a side. She looks at menu and says I can get just nuggets or get a meal with biscuit and drink. I said but it says 1 side. She still doesn’t comprehend so we ended up leaving. Get some employees who are competent! Something like this happens EVERY time we go to this location! Last time a girl forced us to take a drink when I asked for water. Lied and said it came with the famous bowl and then charged me. Done with your ignorant employees!

Walked in and stood there waiting to get waited on for 10 mins without anyone looking at us. After watching them all wear rubber gloves which are suppose to be for food handling only touch the register, their pants etc. I was grossed out anyways and left. I guarantee they would not pass an inspection. This place needs some new management or it will be going out of business.
