The lady was nice but the communication is lacking if you pull someone in drive-thru please just tell them why it would stop customers from being mad the food was great but I used to manage one of these its so much easier to just talk to ur customer! Thank for making the right food and the lady that took my order and helped me is super nice!

I went to this KFC numerous times, and I couldn’t get any service. No one would come to the frontline to acknowledge that I was there to place an order so I left. I went back there one day earlier in this week, and one guy had fixed his food from the back, and wad going on lunch break, and he said that someone will be with you, but noone came after standing there over 6 minutes, so I left. You can roll your camera back if it’s working and you can see me standing there, but noone come to the frontline to wait on me. I believe that noone there wants to wait on people of color or putting it frankly “Black human beings.” It is like don’t come here because we don’t serve your kind. We don’t serve your color because you are black. Racism still exists. Black people deserves to receive the same kind of service that any other person receives, but not at KFC in Pulaski, VA the workers do not think so because they won’t wait on you. They will leave you standing at the front counter waiting and have you thinking you are going to get to place an order, but you don’t. This is the most racist place that I have ever seen and experienced in my life.

If there were less stars I’d give them that. I love kfc but this one is consistently messing up orders. If you say anything they are extremely rude especially the lady from “Christiansburg”. She even puts down her co-workers in front of customers. Its pathetic how long it takes them to give you cold stale food. They have you pull up so they don’t run the wait times up but if you don’t have 30 minutes to an hour don’t even think about going.

Cold stale food. Chicken had obviously been sitting for quite a while because the breading was tough and chewy. Even the mashed potatoes were cold. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them a chance and hoping it’ll get better. But the original chicken 2 pc box has been pretty crappy constantly. I don’t recommend unless you are just starving

I didn’t even get to order for fear my food would be spat in. I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes and, with no other cars behind me, I was told drive thru was close. I responded “what do u mean, I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes.” At that point a hateful voice came over the intercom and said “you literally just pulled up,” where I responded, “yes because I’ve been waiting in line.” She still refused to take my order so asked for corporates number and was told she didn’t have it. I demanded corporates number again when she replied “God-d… it, just come inside .” I am a very advocate Christian and refuse to tolerate the kinda of atmosphere that is at this store. Samantha is the name of the girl who cussed and slandered God’s name right to me and I have notified kfc/Taco Bell customer service over this. Nobody deserves to have to hear words like what came out of her mouth when just trying to order lunch. I hope she finds the lord and salvation but until then or until she is gone from this restaurant me and mine will no longer be eating at this establishment.

Ordered a famous bowl received without gravy. Also ordered two chicken. Chalupa’s receive them with hamburger that’s after I went to the drive-through and they forgot to hand me the famous bowl had to walk inside to get my bowl plus did not receive utensils.

I was waited on by the store mgr. He made made half of my order and when I asked him about the rest of my order, he told me I didn’t order it. He was very rude, never said thank you and tried to argue with me.
I told him I know he’s under pressure and in a hurry but he should be nicer to his customers. He gave me a cold, icy glare and slammed the window shut!
