Wanted to order just a eight-piece family meal chicken only asked if I can get four legs and for breasts. Was told that they didn’t have enough chicken that they can only give me what they had. Which was not what I wanted for somebody that had been in the food industry for 20 years if a customer asked to have something a certain way and you didn’t have it you dropped it told him it would be a few minutes and you would have it up I’d been okay with that but I went ahead and proceeded to get a chicken bowl for my pregnant wife and two chicken legs because I wasn’t going to pay the extra $3 and something for an extra one but I will no longer come and get my services at the store that is poor hospitality amport customer service you all need to do better

I’d give ZERO stars if it were an option.
They NEVER have extra crispy!
Even when we order online, they don’t have the food ready. Put chicken on to cook and STILL DID NOT get extra crispy!
The salesman was rude. He didn’t apologize. MOST unprofessional employee ever!
UPDATE: We contacted the corporate office and we are supposed to get a refund, however we WON’T return to Lee Hwy KFC.

Accompanied a coworker for lunch. Restaurant was clean – including the restroom. I ordered the pot pie since a friend recommended it. It was delicious! It was hot with ample filling & the crust was light, flaky & tasty. I would definitely recommend this location & especially the pot pie.

Went shortly after opening this week.
I asked for extra pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. I always ask for a handful (and if they have small hands, I tell them 2 handfuls) because I like lots of pickles.
Waited about 10 minutes cause they didn’t have wedges ready. I got 2 lukewarm chicken sandwiches. My spicy one had, wait for it… 4 freakin pickle slices.
I would gladly pay for extra pickles if that’s the issue.
Also, don’t bag up someone’s order before all items are ready. That way, it’s all hot!

Long wait for chicken, instant mashed potatoes not even fully mixed up(picture included). Wife ordered a plain sandwich with literally just chicken and bread and the geniuses can’t even manage that. Rather than replacing the bun after realizing the order called for no mayo they just scrape it off, like they gonna have to pay for a new bun.

We are here now 9/14/25 8:30pm. The guy working the drive through is horribly rude. Said the price shut the window in my husbands face, not one word said. Hi, bye, thank you, you’re welcome. Horrible customer service. The (I’m assuming) the manager was wonderful, short interaction we had, but so nice. Fixed our order.

I ordered a 3 piece. 2 original, and 1 crispy. First of all, I wait at the counter for 7 minutes, and kept being told that someone will be with me shortly. Then I get my food, and was told there was no crispy. The chicken was very light looking. I didn’t complain though. Then I started to eat and noticed immediately the food was cold, and all the chicken was bloody. I mean everything down to the biscuit was cold. I was highly disappointed. Spent $17.50 on this garbage. I’m a trucker, and it’s bad enough that I’m eating fast food. Then have to come to a huge franchise like kFC and get this? That Crazy. To be honest, I think think this was done on purpose!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece big box meal. Asked for white meat extra crispy but they didn’t have it. So original recipe it was. Anyway, this is the first KFC that actually charges you extra to put chicken in the meal because there was a $3.30 up charge because it had breasts in the meal. I’ve never been charged extra for getting what’s supposed to be in the box.

It’s one of the worst restaurants ever been to. The GM is very rude and unprofessional. That explains why there’s no customers in there. There is no customers but I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.The chicken was very dry.
