We ordered 2 of the large chicken nugget meals. Both the chicken and fries are luke warm. The nuggets are overcooked.The biscuits were just barely wrapped in a piece of paper. Very disappointed in this order We are eating in our car, as the dining room was closed. I think we should have a refund. Totally disappointing.

Staff person said they didn’t have enough Crispy Chicken to complete a 16 piece meal. They wanted me to accept 10 Crispy pieces and 6 regular. Not necessarily a big deal, but that Chicken was sitting for over an hour when asking how old it was. When asking how long to wait for fresh Chicken, I was advised 45 minutes to cook when they closed in 30 minutes. I questioned the staff why it would take so long and if they would do so that I would actually wait. Staff member said he didn’t know why it takes that long. I just left due to them obviously wanting to not cook fresh and trying to save on their end of the day loss at a customer’s expense of getting whatever they could throw together and call it a meal.

Asked for extra sauce while we were in the drive through and I swear it must come out of her paycheck, the way her eyes rolled. she tossed us one and we drove on. We decided 3 wasn’t enough for both of us so went in to grab a few more. They make you pay for it. Not only with actual money, (meh whatever, .), but you’ll pay for it with the attitude from younger girl manager in all black. She must love that sauce as much as we do.
