My boyfriend and I TRIED to eat at this location at Williamson Rd in Roanoke. We walked in and looked at the menu before walking up to the register to order. There were 4-5 people working. I work food service so am generally easy going and understanding about how busy it can get. We waited for about 10 minutes and not one single person working acknowledged us. Several looked over at us and kept working. We decided to leave and go to a different KFC. 10 minutes of being ignored is wild. A “be right with you” goes a long way.

I’m so very disappointed with this location on Williamson Rd. I placed a order for pickup which cost around $50. I noticed right away I was missing (3) wings that I paid $3 for each piece, and they were the smallest wings I ever saw. I ordered 8 piece DARK meat bucket, when I got home it was a mix that contained a Breast. How!!!??? That will be my last visit to the Williamson Rd. KFC. The staff needs more training, especially attention to detail.

1st time ordering online as they sent a black friday offer. I ordered it yet could not figure out how to pick sides or drinks. I called and ended up talking to a manager and asked if I could get slaw instead of french fries and he assured me it was no problem. so look at my soggy slaw!

I drive extra 3 miles from I-81 to buy KFC chicken, which was waste of time , where as I was driving for long 16 hours . I would have choose some other KFC in next exits.

If you ever want chicken I’d seriously recommend going ANYWHERE except here!! Every single time I come here they NEVER have chicken ready & they say there’s at least a 20 minute wait, regardless of there’s one person or 10 people in the dining room or drive thru. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m seriously just DONE!!! I’ve tried this restaurant 4 different times on different days & it’s ALWAYS the same. I don’t need chicken that badly!

I have had some issues lately at this particular store. This time I ordered a large size mashed potatoes and gravy to take home. When I opened it at home the large bowl was less than half full! It costs more than $5.00. Also, the drive through window employee seemed very bored and did not engage at all.
