Place was very clean and up-kept.
The staff was friendly and courteous. I had a little trouble ordering and the worker helped me decide. It’s been a while since I’d been to KFC. I got the chicken pot pie which was excellent! I ordered the bowl as well to heat up later for dinner. There were a few guests in the restaurant. The parking lot outside was huge! There’s parking for handicapped and a clean restroom. All I’m all an excellent experience.

If I could give it no stars I would. I have gone to this KFC three different times over the last couple years. Every time they have been out of biscuits, chicken…. This last time they were out of chicken breast and had to substitute. Also once we got the food home it all smelt heat lamp burnt, the coleslaw was dry and the chicken had a smell. Hoping 3rd time would be a charm but never again.

Besides no one attending customers there was one employee who came out of the bathroom and left his phone chargers (that were with him in the bathroom) on a food prep area and then proceeded to pace in front of the registers texting on his phone and ignoring people waiting for service before walking to the back.

Got the $23.99 fill up meal. The only thing this meal would be good to fill up is a pot hole in the road. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the chicken must have been under a warmer since last Tuesday. Dried out would be an understatement. We like KFC but this is just terrible.

Manager was rude . Not pleasant at all . Believe her name was Rachael . Speaks to the employees in a not so professional manner . Drive thru customer waiting for order and window was open so I could see and hear mostly everything . Food was hot and fresh and drive thru customer service was excellent . Thank you .

This was wild. So I work retail so I get the stress it involves working with the public and i usually let most things slide, but my experience 30 min ago at this KFC was extremely poor. The guy taking the order kept asking “how many cars behind you” and when the person in front of me and myself said 2 he would let out a huge sigh and shout pull forward! I wanted to say if you hate your job this much get another one. Maybe he was having a bad day it happens but it was a massively poor attitude even when attempting to take the order being rude and short. Props to the older lady who seemed to be doing all the work, I felt bad for her and she was polite. Chicken wasn’t breaded and looked rough, not sure I’m gonna eat it. Will just chalk this up as a big L.
