This place always is having a problem. Today, the credit card machine is down. Last time I visited, they’re found machines were out. The time before that they had no food ready, it took 20 minutes for them to cook chicken. It definitely needs new leadership

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible. Waited for 45 minutes, already paid, finally got our food after an hour and they didn’t give us any of our sauces and completely forgot to give us our fries. Never coming back. Save your time and go somewhere else. Such a disappointment to KFC.

Used the drive-thru, so I can discuss atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was a line. With one vehicle before the menu/order board. When getting to the board, it was announced the drive-thru was cash only, cards had to come inside. This definitely was not done to make the line move faster. Getting to the window was forever. If I had to guess, it was 20 minutes. Then the top piece in the 8 piece bucket was hot, but the rest were not. Almost like they had the 7 pieces in the bucket at ordering, then placed a fresh hot piece on top when we got to the window. This was disappointing because this location typically does an excellent job!

Our KFC is about the last decent fast food option in town. They’re fast. The food is fresh and hot. These are minimums we should expect but it seems a bonus now. I am still greeted with a warm smile at KFC. Now we’re getting somewhere.

It’s good food when you’re tired of the usual fast food burger and fries. I prefer the extra crispy over the original, due to the grease of the original. The only problem I have is with the extra crispy chicken it’s so much smaller due to all the extra bread coating. Their cole slaw is still the best in the business! Their biscuits have shrunk down in size since recent years as you can see in the pictures. I tried to show texture of the food in the close-ups so you can see how everything looks. I would recommend eating here but just know, that it might not fill you up as much as you think.

The service here is hit or miss, one day it’s amazing and the next it’s a nightmare. We have to check and double check our bags, because they often forget something. There have been some instances where I had to contact corporate because the service was horrible. I would say you have a 7/10 chance of having good service and 3/10 of having an excellent experience.
