Service was horrendously slow, the worker that served us was also extremely disrespectful with an attitude. One man came in after us got his order taken before us and got slipped free food which the worker attempted to put on OUR TAB. The food in the end is alright at best but I would really not reccomend coming here unless they start fixing their customer service (although that will probably never happen) One more tip I can give you is to keep track of worker names if your able and call into management and maybe these issues can be fixed eventually even though I highly doubt it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in tonight to pick up a DoorDash order of two regular famous bowls nothing special just two bowls. Went in told them it was a door dash pick up, said they were waiting on something for the bowls. Well I kept waiting and waiting and asking when it will be ready. People coming in people going out. The other dasher that came in after me, got her order and I’m still waiting. Five more minutes and I would have been there almost an hour from the time I walked in the door. One lady came in been waiting over 45 in the parking lot for part of her order two other guys that came in right after me still waiting. And what did the 4 of us have in common our skin color which was not the same as theirs. That was the problem everyone with their skin color got their order with a very short wait. And again this was a door dash pick up. So if you have light colored skin don’t go to KFC in Farmville Va.

I purchased 2 pot pies today and they were the absolute worst. Each consisted of only Crust and a tablespoon of vegetables and no chicken. It’s unfortunate that robbed me. I couldn’t see myself driving 30 miles back to return 2 pans of messed up Crust. I would very much appreciate a refund of my $11 & change. I will be returning to the location on tomorrow to let them know of my dissatisfaction.

Don’t waste your time coming here when the late night crew is on shift. I waited over 30 minutes in my car for a chicken sandwich. After 10 minutes of waiting parked, I went inside to inquire about my food. The employees were all standing around on their phones doing nothing. When I asked one for sauce, she gave me a disdainful look, then dropped the sauce in the process and gave it to me from the floor. After another 25 minutes I had to go inside to ask about my food, where they complained about my impatience as they stood around. They told me they were just waiting on the fries, which would be done in 2 minutes. After another 10 minutes, an employee came out and finally gave me my food. The manager was nice, but every other employee was so lazy and incompetent, it changed my perspective on how worthless a person can truly be. If you plan to go here later in the evening, make sure to clear your schedule.

Service is terrible, rude drive thru says very unprofessional comments, talks over intercom to staff while on intercom, being rude… cutting you off while talking… needs to do better or put a better establishment in it’s place

Rude employee working the drive in. Terrible people talk to you any kind of way that work in service. If you don’t want to be there dealing with people than don’t. Getting smart on the intercom and making smart remarks is not ok! Do better!

It’s good food when you’re tired of the usual fast food burger and fries. I prefer the extra crispy over the original, due to the grease of the original. The only problem I have is with the extra crispy chicken it’s so much smaller due to all the extra bread coating. Their cole slaw is still the best in the business! Their biscuits have shrunk down in size since recent years as you can see in the pictures. I tried to show texture of the food in the close-ups so you can see how everything looks. I would recommend eating here but just know, that it might not fill you up as much as you think.

Pulled up to drive thru sat for 10 minutes no one greeted nor ask to hold on.
Called to see if anyone was there. They finally responded then another 4 minute wait. Manager came on and was rude and then threatened not to serve us.

As we went into the store, we stood there at the counter, waiting to be served for roughly fifteen minutes. A customer walked up to the window and started yelling at them that they had a customer standing at the register that needed to be helped (referring to me.) It took about twenty minutes to get my food, which I ordered the eight piece family meal with macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. They handed me my food, I went and sat down and the chicken was phenomenal. The mashed potatoes Didn’t have any gravy, so I had to walk back up and wait 10 minutes to be noticed again just to ask for a cup of gravy and utensils to eat with. The mashed potatoes and gravy were piping, hot and delicious. I opened up the macaroni and cheese, and it was absolutely cold to the touch. It was as if they just took it out of the Refrigerator. The sad part was he told me it was an 8 minute wait, because they were making a fresh batch of macaroni and cheese. So I took it back up to the counter, and he said it was going to be about five minutes, and they were going to have another fresh batch. After waiting, he brought my macaroni and cheese out and it was still cold in the center, But the outside edges were hot as if he put it in a microwave. Between the poor customer service, dirty tables, and the cold macaroni and cheese, I really don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
