I received 2 large borders of hot wings just under $40 worth of food. The weight was 15 minutes. I am disabled, my friend went in to buy the food she got one I got 1, she dropped me off to my house and they are so gross, I could not even eat them. They look like they had been under a heat lamp all day long, I have called the store repeatedly for 2 days. No one bothers to answer the phone there. I’ve called him 9 peak hours, thinking they wouldn’t be busy. Somebody would pick up the phone and I put it peak hours now, thinking. Well, at least I know there’s plenty staff there, but no, they do not bother to pick up the phone I have eaten food from their specifically. Hot wings on many occasions never have been served such a growth food. And I really wish that the management would pick up the phone.There’s no way to completely.There’s no way to contact them other than right here

Sign said out of lettuce and tomato. They were also out of French fries. No unsweetened tea. The fried chicken looked awful and did not taste the best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food. We stopped around late lunch time. The food was nice and hot. We had fried chicken, chicken nuggets, french fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and coleslaw. Very good. The employees were all very nice. We even got a senior discount which almost wiped out the VA state tax, almost. We will definitely stop here again when traveling through this area.

2nd time I order two pot pies on app w a large side. After waiting and receiving order is ready they tell me at counter they don’t have. How do I get my refund? Last time I disnt receive a refund. Counter lady and manager she talked to were both clueless and semi rude. Do not shop here!!
UPDATE 6/3/25- Decided to give then another chance. Ordered via app. When I got there at requested time- they said sorry they were sold out and would have to cook more. No request to pull around and give them 15mins. Just a smart aleck salesperson that was extremely rude. I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS LOCATION. 100 NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. NEVER OFFERED A REFUND FOR EITHER VISIT. lost another $15 today

I’m the idiot obviously…made Nother mobile order and they refused me at drive theu said I have to come i side during the day. Doesn’t this owner care about their customers treatment from their oblivious employees???

Polite employees, long waits, food incorrect. When someone orders something plain that literally means meat and a bun, not mayo or whatever the heck yall put on it. They asked if I wanted to bring it back, why would I drive 20 minutes round trip to get food that was supposed to be made correctly the first time. Listen, if you’re unclear, clarify.
