Clearly understaffed. I waited for 35-40 mins for my lunch in the restaurant while the drive thru was being prioritized and was still slow. The food was solid but the order was missing items. When waiting for my delayed order another woman walked in and wasn’t greeted or what was probably 10 minutes. Not even a “we’ll be with you shortly”. Multiple times workers walked past the front counter and said quite literally nothing not even a “hello” or “please bear with us”. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone honestly and I understand why his is probably due to understaffing.

We live in a different city & have been to this location 3 times now. The employees are always very polite and friendly. The service has been great & that staff gives the Chick-fil-A vibe with their greetings and service. Much, much, much better than my Norfolk locations!!!

This is hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had at KFC. The chicken was bone-dry, tasteless, and honestly seemed like it had been sitting out all day. Nothing was fresh, nothing was enjoyable, and it felt completely unsafe to even eat. This place clearly has zero quality control or pride in what they serve. If you’re looking for hot, fresh food, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location is a disgrace to the KFC name and should seriously be shut down if this is the standard they’re operating under.

Pulled up to pick up a uber order at 11:30. It’s was another car in front on me. Had been sitting for at least 10 mins. Man comes out taking out trash yelling at us about they closed and they weren’t taking anymore orders. Mind you they close at 12. I think whoever owns this kfc should look into better staff that want to actually work

Honestly, although I remind myself not to revisit this store, I continue to remain hopeful.
There has been improvement from my past experiences. The issues were long wait times and average food at best.
The drive thru staff wasn’t friendly or even sociable which made the experiences feel wooden and hollow.
However, as time has gone by it appears that that staff has more or less phased out and is being replaced by people who actually seem to care.
If this continues I will certainly update this review.

How is the location still open? They can barely get your order to you and when they do make sure you check it because it won’t all be there. One night I left with five separate bags for three meals because I kept having to request missing stuff. Tonight was the worst though, everything we got looked like it was made yesterday. The nacho chips in the Nacho Bell Grande were a shade and texture I’ve never experienced before, the beans were just one burnt glob, the cheese and sour cream sauces with running and there were 3 mushy tomato chucks in the whole thing. I won’t even discuss the staff issues here. We’re definitely writing this location off. They can’t do chicken so you know they struggle with tacos.

Last time I was here was almost a year ago and my chicken sandwich was all breading. Had a craving and decided to risk it, the guy at the drive through was pretending he couldn’t hear anyone so he didn’t have to take orders. I could hear my own voice echo through too so I’m certain he could hear and just didn’t want to do his job. And like I get it, jobs like this suck, I work a customer service job and it sucks and some days I don’t want to work either. But I still do work. I suck it up like a big girl and do my job anyway

In all my years which is almost 40 never been to a KFC so bad, bathroom toilet looked like it hasnt been clwaned in months. CS was rude and got not one thing wrong but everything we ordered. Famous bowl had burnt nuggets and burrito wasnt wrapped so gusshed
