Typical KFC pretty much just like all the others except the food here is a little bit better preparedthe time I was there. Lots of call in and Dash orders slow things down a lot. Ordering online is recommended and pick up time is longer than quoted most of the time. Be there to get your chicken while it’s hot. You don’t want it laying around too long out there

I ordered my food online. However, I am wondering what happened to my 50% discount. After taxes, for a 16-piece chicken only was $45.69. Although I know it is a relatively large order, why do I have wait 20-30 minutes? I have ordered much smaller orders and still waited 20-30 minutes! And the drive-thru and this location WAS NOT BUSY??? Lastly, after waiting 22 minutes, I received a notification my order was ready for pickup. I drove upto speaker and mentioned i had an onlie order and app said that it was ready for pickup. The attendant said i had go inside the store pickup my order. She is insisted that I had come inside to get my order. I had to mention that I require both my hands to use my pair of crutches and was going to have to help me carry my order to my car. She relented and told me to come around to the window! The DECISION to coming into store or drive upto the window SHOULD BE MY CHOICE, and not the store’s choice.

Waited over 40 mins just to come home and my order be wrong and then when my mom went up there to fix it they told her she needed to wait for them to fix it.. this place is ridiculous having to wait for your mistake after being considerate the first time I had to wait is crazy. I spent over 60 dollars and couldn’t even enjoy what I wanted from my family meal after having my teeth pulled. All we needed was two gravy’s… Thats it.

We went to the drive through tonight and the lady who took our order was very rude. She was snapping at us for no reason and criticized my mother for taking too long to order and being indecisive (we took less than 1 minute). I tried to be polite to her but she was extremely hostile. She clearly hates her job. I understand your life is miserable but do not take it out on me. Beyond awful customer service. I don’t understand how an incompetent person like that could be hired by a multi billion dollar company like this. It’s very unbecoming, KFC please do better with hiring competent professional employees.

Customer service is horrible! The have two peel working in the restaurant and female cashier is disrespectful. She doesn’t want to ring up orders instead directing everyone to the kiosk, rude and doesn’t want to help. You should hear how she’s talking to the older customers. No home training.

Update: This location continues to go downhill as service is poor, the food inconsistent, and the facility dirty.
Original: I was pleased to find a fast food area that allowed indoor dining. That is a rarity at the time of this review. The restaurant itself appears to have been recently redone. I was going to give three stars based on the rest of my review, but the music in the restaurant had foul language and some inappropriate themes. Some of the tables were dirty and the trim around the windows had not been dusted or cleaned for a long time. There were some dirty tables, but it was not too bad. The food itself is what you would expect from a KFC. The associate was attentive taking the order. Unfortunately, one of the two side items was missing from my order. This is far better than the other KFC in the area, but it’s still a far cry from being a good fast food restaurant.

The wedges were cold and greasy. The sauced chicken wings were not hot, they just taste like honey. The wings were also pink with every bite. The coleslaw taste like onions.

This resturant sent a chicken breast that didn’t have any breading on it and dried out…and cheated me of one of my drinks. When I called to have this corrected the person hung up on me. Very rude.

I paid tribute to KFC February 21st to get a three-piece dark meat combo. The cashier told me that the register wasn’t printing out receipts. Forest service and the phone is non-operating. The mill cost me $13.15 I’m not understanding the price.
