This is the last time we will go to this location. The service today was pitiful. Went through the drive thru and place our order which included 2 chicken pot pies. Was told it was a 20 minute wait. We were then instructed to park in the front of the building and the order would be brought to the vehicle. It took 50 minutes and they never brought the order out. Got home and opened one of the boxes that should have had a breast and wing and it included a wing and a leg. Waiting for 50 minutes you would think everything would be correct. Sorry service.

When we tried to pick up our order, there was a sign on the door which says “Drive Thru Only” so that’s what we did. We were told it’d take 6 more minutes for the chicken so we should park to the side and they’ll bring it out. 20mins of waiting, NOTHING! We decided to drive around again then was told to head to the pick up window. Another 20mins of waiting then a skinny, black man came out and told us to cancel our order since their system is down and no chicken! 40 MINS of waiting! When I asked why they couldn’t tell us that earlier he was like “I’m not dealing with this” then turned his back and closed the window. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you don’t want to work then quit your job! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten food here. It’s on my way home from work. This is also the 2nd time I’ve had very bad service. The first time I didn’t get all my food. This time they forgot my drink, large sides were half full, the biscuits have what appears to be mold on them, and the manager was rude. I tried calling the store for an hour and a half but they’re not answering. Mind you, it’s now snowing. And I order to feed 6 people and spent $65. So after waiting 15 minutes (at 5:24pm on a Sunday) to get my food, and then driving another 15 minutes home after working 9 hours. I get home and my daughter is about to eat a biscuit with what looks like mold on it. This is crazy…

Placed an Uber eats pick up order. Got told to wait by the door, they had 6 minutes on chicken. Waited ~20 minutes and pulled back through the line. Got to the window, employee proceeded to tell me to cancel it, saying their systems were down, and they were out of chicken. When prompted to explain why they didn’t tell us the first time we were in line, he decided verbal altercation was the best solution, used a good amount of foul language, and slammed the drive-through window closed, storming off. Super disappointed with my visit at this particular KFC !!! Absolutely No human contact At All !!! No one acknowledges you. You place your order on the screen. You put your name, which they Don’t use. When your order is Finally ready, they call it instead of the name that is required when placing the order. When you tell them Thank You and You Appreciate them. They just turn and walk away !!!! Like You are an inconvenience !! Then after we got home, the Large fries we ordered had less fries than a small fry from McDonald’s !!! The Large Mac & cheese is just over half way full !!! I am 59 yrs old !! I’m old school !!! I expect things to be just as great as it was back then. KFC should be embarrassed !! There hasn’t been a decent store in many yrs !!! It’s all run by kids who have No Idea how to behave in a business.

Do not usually have family meals ready in drive through, creating a long wait. Also the size of each chicken tender has gotten smaller, while the price has increased. Staff is friendly.

Ordered take out, two – 3 pc combos with dark meat, 2 coleslaws, 1 Mac & cheese and one mashed potatoes and gravy. Actually got only 5 pcs of chicken (short one leg), one coleslaw and 2 mac & cheese. Why can’t I get what I pay for? Won’t be back.

I just give up on KFC. I swear I hate when places give OLD food. It’s disrespectful to the person spending their money and it should be disrespectful to the person serving it. I literally just wanted the wings and a biscuit, but when I tell you this biscuit was so HARD, it’s ridiculous. Now it it was fresh I would have been able to break it in half with no problem. Nope, just I ended up breaking a piece of the top part off and couldn’t even eat it. I’m literally disgusted. The chicken looks like it’s been sitting there for weeks. I can not with this place. So disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!

Went to the drive through order 16 pieces of chicken only took about 10 minutes to get my order and when I got home we realized that the order only contained chicken thighs and a few pieces of chicken legs. How is that the associate did not say that they only had thighs and legs. Very disappointed with the service we received, will not go back to that store ever again. They can keep their chicken.
