This location has gone downhill recently. It used to be fast and had good customer service. Half the time you can’t use the drive-thru. Most of the time you can’t order Taco Bell. And this specific time when I went in there I had a worker looked me directly in my face then turn around and walk to the back like I wasn’t standing there waiting to order. Y’all need to do better.

The customer service here is the absolute worst. I can’t believe how poor the attitudes are at this specific location. I asked for my receipt and she got a complete attitude and told me it’s going to be awhile for her printer to print off the receipt. She literally made me pull forward and I waited about 5 minutes just to get a receipt. What is the constant attitude for here?? I mean it’s every time with the same exact people. There is one woman who is always respectful and says hello, but I haven’t seen her in awhile. Their entire demeanor here screams “I hate my job.” If you can’t handle being in a customer service position, it’s best to consider something else. Other people should not have to deal with your poor attitude all the time and poor service.
Next time I came here. I ordered 3 tacos and was prompted to pull up and wait while 3 others showed up behind got their food right away and left. I waited about 10 minutes. I also have the fear of them messing with my food out of spite since I’m a familiar face and after the receipt situation. I will just avoid this location moving forward.
**UPDATE**
Just got home with my order and here are the three Doritos locos taco supremes I ordered… Really? Never again.

This got to be the worse kfc ever. It must be family owned because they are and have been rude for yearssssss. Every few years I will give them a try and it never fails the Manager rude the drive thru rude everyone is just rude. I live 2 min away and I will ride all the way to Mercury Blvd if I needed kfc. I went there on Queen to night and of coarse same Rude folks there. If you hate peole why work in fast food. Whoever the owner is need to FIRE THE WHOLE CREW and start over. It’s always empty over there. The manager is definitely leading by example lol she is rude and her employees rude. Everyone need to stop going there.

I went in on my lunch break around 1 pm on a Friday to order Taco Bell. There was one other customer (a black woman)there waiting for her food. The drive thru employee ( a black girl) walked up to take my order and I asked for a chalupa and she told me that they didn’t have Taco Bell only KFC. Then she walked away while I was in the middle of ordering and another lady ended up taking my order. The 5 people behind me (all black) then ordered Taco Bell. My food came out and I asked how are they ordering Taco Bell if I couldn’t? The lady in front of me got her order which was also Taco Bell and the rude employee said her manager wasn’t there and that’s why I couldn’t get Taco Bell. Even though the lady in front of me did. She was extremely rude and I asked for a refund. She told me I couldn’t have a refund but then the manager did end up refunding it and shoved my money at me. I then re ordered Taco Bell. While I was waiting (around 20 minutes for them to make it) another customer came in complaining that his food was wrong and drove all the way home before noticing. The rude drive thru employee snatched his food out of his hand and threw it in the trash. He looked at me and said wow service definitely isn’t what it used to be. I told him my situation and he said the same girl was rude to him. I finally get my order and the cheese was completely runny like water and tasted strange like there was chemicals in it. The potato taco I ordered had only 5 potatoes on it and a few shreds of lettuce no sauce or anything else. The chalupa was put on a burrito wrap and was mostly only tomatoes. The rude black girl in the drive thru went back in the kitchen while my food was being prepared and I’m 100 percent sure she put some kind of cleaner in my food. I was not given a receipt either and she did not have a name tag so nothing I can do about it. I threw the food away and did not eat it. I videoed the whole thing and I will be filing a police report after work. She was rude and racist and only treated the black customers with respect and definitely put chemicals in my food. I wish there was an option to add photos so I could warn other white customers about her

I ordered through the app and ended up waiting for 40 minutes, even though the app showed that my order was already ready. There was a clear lack of communication and organization, which made the experience frustrating. I understand places can get busy, but the wait time should match what the app indicates. Overall, this could be improved to provide a better customer experience.

I went into the location yesterday evening around 7:30pm 8:00pmasked the lady is I could get two breast and a wing combo. The lady a the registered ask the manager if they had breast the manager a short darkskin lady face was all balled up as if she had an attitude and said i don’t know. Then she said only one breast. So I said will you all be making any more chicken the cashier said that chicken is fresh I said on it’s fresh but you only have 1 chicken breast. So I asked her what are you going to tell customers when they come in wanting a chicken breast since you are basically saying your not going to make anymore due she walked off on me. I just feel like if you don’t like your job then quit I am a paying customer all I wanted was some chicken. The parking lot was completely empty and now I see why because the customer service at this location sucks

Its absolutely asinine that I had to drive across town to another KFC to get a two piece dark combo that comes with a leg and thigh. All I wanted to do was substitute the thigh for another leg and I was rudely told no I cant do that. This ain’t the first time I have come into this establishment and received rude customer service. If it wasn’t for consumers yall wouldn’t have a job. These employees need a customer service refresher course. At this rate yall are going to keep losing business. SMH.
