I ordered 3 piece chicken meal on uber eats. Order was placed around 9:30pm and was delivered at 10:14pm. It was not what I ordered. It was old chicken tenders burnt. KFC told the driver to tell me. They sent what they had I called the location around 10:20 white lady answered. I asked her are your store out of chicken? She responds yes, my cook gets off at 11. I tell her my order was made during the 9:00 hour and your location don’t close until 12. Right now it’s top of the 10:00 hour. But y’all decided to send me something yall was going to throw away. That’s very poor customer service. I would never have any of them on shift. Working at my establishment. This happened last night 10/05/2025 I’m completely blown away by the lack of concern and poor customer service. Who are you to decide to just send anything. It’s not your $23 there are fees when using delivery services only for the order to come to what the store say they had. I will be sending an email and making a phone call to corporate office

While visiting your location at 12630 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606 on the 15th of February at approximately 6:35 PM; I ordered two pot pies via the drive-thru. When at the window Aneas asked that I wait while she checked with the staff regarding the availability of two pot pies after taking my payment. A different individual who I believe to be Sinclair then came to the window to inform me that there was only one pot pie available and the next available one would take 15 minutes. I asked that I be refunded for the unavailable pot pie and I’d simply take the one that was available. He informed me that he could not because he was new and that a manager had to complete refunds. I let him know that I would come inside the restaurant to clear the drive-thru as he suggested that I chose something else from the menu of the approximate value of a pot pie of which I declined. Once inside a different individual whom I believe to be Robert informed me that “they” were not allowed to issue refunds which is what my final request was at the window. A full refund. I asked a few times to ensure I heard him correctly, even pointing out the sign naming the Managing Partner as Neisy Sykes, asking if they knew her and if she was the one who set the no refund policy to which the answer was yes. Needless to say I did not leave with any pot pies nor a refund and I am concerned about an exchange only policy in an industry with considerable volatility in the menu and item availability.

We order our food @ 915PM we didn’t get the food until 935PM the manager start closing the dining room around 920PM. The customer outside wanted to come in. and I asked the staff one time the store close, The Manager response was there were only 2 people in the store and that’s there excuse why they have to close the dining room to early. The food is horrible. The fries were cook in the chicken fryer and the biscuits are hard. The standard of this store is very. I won’t recommend this store. Poor service and unprofessional staff.

If I could give this place NO STARS….. I would be absolutely happy to do so! At one time, my dining experiences were wonderful; the food & atmosphere had been great! Early last evening, a friend & I stopped by. We waited for almost 10 minutes to be waited on at the counter, as no one acknowledged us. The Manager was at the register (for a moment or so), and didn’t even say a word. She was too busy logging out & ready to leave. I made the suggestion to my friend that maybe we should go elsewhere… and evidently someone heard & hurried over to wait on us. I had the Nachos BellGrande, which was the WORST EVER!!! (The gentleman who was standing behind me in line looked over at my tray & implied that the meal looked nasty!) The deli chips were completely stale, as they tasted like they could have been 50 to 100 years old! They looked gray, with a hint of dark yellow. The topping was skimpy & looked like slop for a pig’s trough. By the time I got home, my stomach hurt so bad…. I spent all evening in the bathroom! I HAVE NO PLANS TO RETURN TO THIS “TACO BELL/KFC”…… EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a piece with slaw and corn biscuits
Everything was ok till we got to Eatting and the biscuits were hard as a brick
Called back let manager know that the biscuits were hard so he says bring dem back how each of us had bit them. The person that fix the order should have known the bread was hard when the pick them up 2 put in the box.
Common curtacy would be I’ll replace them but he’s saus since you eat them what u want me 2 do.
Trust and believe they won’t get my business no more.

Just went thru the drive thru. Ordered and paid for two white meat, 3-piece big box meals… $27! Received one strips meal and a dark meat box. Drinks were also wrong. Check everything before driving away!
