Ya’ll are not getting enough love these days. Ya’ll at KFC, I appreciate ya’ll so much! I went there 1st time in years. Everything was great. Service, store and food was excellent! Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and they said they had to make new fries. 40 mins later I backed up to the drive thru window because they wanted me to wait somewhere else. Asked about my food and the lady was very rude and said “didnt I tell you to wait” and then slammed the window… then turned around and got my food and gave it to me…. it had been just sitting there and was cold after we left…. horrible experience STAY AWAY!!!!

Employee’s children were running throughout lobby and kitchen, climbed on tables with their dirty shoes, and hit me twice in their chasing game. When one child was told she couldn’t have a sandwich right then, she began wailing hysterically. Staff did almost nothing to control these three children.

On top of that, my food took over 30 minutes to get and it was lukewarm.

I ordered food less then half was right, I ordered two gravy flights and come home with one small one. I asked for a wing and wedges combo cold and covered in sauce. The best thing was the drink.

Today was a good day! Ordered the $7 chicken tenders fill up meal. Everything was good and yummy. Fresh and hot as well. Cashier was polite and professional! My Pepsi even hit the spot! (3tenders, mashed potatoes, biscuit, 2 apple mini pies, and a soda ALL FOR $7).. worth every penny!

Staff are friendly and do their best to move quickly, but the store is dirty. Very dirty. There is dust all over the ceilings and menu board over where food is served. I picked up an order and the two staff members packing the orders were NOT wearing gloves, but touched the wire mesh food trays the chicken sits on. They used tongs, but come on. Food safety, anyone? I only saw one person wearing gloves and it was the guy in the back at the fryers. Please take some pride in your store and do some serious cleaning. And adhere to food safety protocols! WEAR GLOVES, CHANGE GLOVES, BE MINDFUL OF CROSS CONTAMINATION, WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY. It’s really not that hard.

First: I want to compliment Andrea, an employee who went above and beyond to help me. I’m writing this review primarily for her. Hopefully, someone from corporate reads this and rewards her for her hard-work and understanding.

I went to this restaurant on 8/30/2025 because I saw an advertisement saying that potato wedges were back. At the drive thru, I ordered a big box meal with wedges and cole slaw but I received french fries instead. Took the order inside and was told by the same drive thru employee who took my order that the store ran out of wedges. If they had no wedges, I should have been told when I placed my order.

I figured it was a misunderstanding and left with the order. But then I got back to my car and also saw I had no plastic wear, no napkins, not even a straw. That’s when I took the entire order back for a refund. I was told by the drive thru employee that KFC does not do refunds, all they can do is remake the order. This is a ridiculous policy. The food they gave me was not the food I wanted and I couldn’t even eat it in my car like I wanted.

An employee named Andrea stepped in, remade my order, and included additional items to make up for the mistake. I appreciated this very much. This was not the solution I wanted but she at least tried to resolve the issue as best she could.

However, this will be my last time visiting any KFC restaurant. “No refunds” is a terrible policy. There was no signage anywhere that mentioned this policy. I even asked if I could get a gift card so I could come back later and get the order I wanted and I was told no.

5 star service review Andrea. 1 star for KFC and the terrible policy that does not allow refunds.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. The lady at the window right now refused to give a receipt along with trying to charge me $31 for a famous bowl and a small fry. The fries weren’t even in the container. She handed the food over and went back to her conversation on her facetime. She was blatantly rude cursing about her day and customers. Will never return. Trashy environment and trash customer service. Where is management????
