I ordered the 5-piece meal online, and when I went inside to pick it up, they weren’t expecting me to check my bag before leaving, which I always do. I checked my order and first noticed a biscuit was missing, so I told the guy. Then it hit me that they only gave me 3 pieces of chicken, so I brought that up too. A female employee, not sure her title, rudely said, “Oh, they just gave you the wrong order, that’s all.” But they didn’t give me the wrong order because they never took that order from me. They just gave me my missing biscuit and 2 missing pieces of chicken, plus an extra piece. From other reviews, it seems like this is a common thing they do, and I’m not sure why. I won’t be going to this place again.

My buddy and I had an awesome visit to this KFC. We both got a 3 piece tender meal, and it was made well for being fast food. The best part was the manager Tommie (whoever pays her should give her more. She was super kind and was extremely easy to get along with. Our interaction with her made my day. I’ll go back just to say hi to Tommie. This KFC is top notch.

Going here was a terrible experience. I ordered online for dinner and showed up @9:02 PM. (Note they close at 10:30Pm) I go and attempt to go into the lobby but the door was locked. Which was fine. I go through the drive thru explaning I have a mobile order. That went perfect.
I pull up to the window. They are out of mac n cheese and give me the option to wait which I did.
I got my food after waiting 15 mins. Not what I am upset about.
I return home. I was missing a drink, biscuits, sauce for the chicken we ordered.
Not ONLY were we missing these items but the chicken in the bucket we recieved was DISGUSTING.
So I call them to try to get this resolved. After 6 different calls they answer before hanging up immedately on me. I call 2 more times before I finally got an answer.
I explain the situation and ask for a refund or maybe come up to have this remade.
She said she could have it remade TOMORROW. Which why would I want KFC after this experience? So I said no can we just recieve a refund for the items missing. Also a no.
I hope the general Manager can get this sorted out because this is disgusting and ridiculous

I ordered 4pc poppers amongst a chicken meal. I’ve eaten this poppers numerous times from THIS store and I have NEVER gotten them the color of bread before. They were cold(not warm) and big as if they weren’t cooked. The man whom took my order was polite in passing down whatever info he had received, once he informed a staff member of my concern with the order. He also let me know the manager said the receipts were not being printed. That’s bad business. I made a transaction. He asked me what would I like him to do, and I stated give me my money back for that item as well as my receipt. I was informed that KFC does not issue refunds from “manager Kim”. She was not rude in tone but body language and eye rolling was present, felt, and unwarranted. She tried to tell me that they come in that form. I informed her that I have never gotten them that way, as not too many days before, she had served me an order. She insisted that I must have gotten them right out of the oven every time. Remind you they were white. She sarcastically asked me what do I want. Before I could say anything, she offered a cake (chocolate/lemon). I opted in for the lemon and she felt the need to say AGAIN for future references that’s how they come and something else. I did let her know that she didn’t need to repeat the same thing because I am competent and heard her clearly the first time. I also informed her of her rudeness and she tells me it’s because she is “multi-tasking”. I let her know that has nothing to do with me. I interacted with her multitasking a month ago when she stated she was running the whole store alone and she wasn’t rude then. A manager should NEVER be rude to customers, especially if they weren’t rude to them and even then, they should know how t handle those situations. KFC KIM needs to stay in the back away from customers.

I’m finally writing this review because the last few experiences have just been annoying and poor, so it’s time to say I will never be back here again and you shouldn’t either.
I’ll just save all some time and only tell you about my latest experience…
My family and I go through the drive-thru to place an order only to be told that the chicken tenders would take 7 minutes to cook and the 3-piece breast and wibg meal would be 14 minutes. They claimed to be extremely busy even though we were the onky car in the drive-tru and there were onky two coupkes placing an order inside.We were appalled, but hungry, so we waited. We specifically asked for them to wait and cook our fries when the chicken is ready. TWENTY minutes later, the employee comes out and hands us out chicken WITHOUT our French fries. So I had to march in there and remind them. They give them to me and I get back to my car only to realize that they’re cold and stale. At this point, I was SO done with them that we just decided to leave and make sure to NEVER come back. So, if you’re reading this review, do yourself the favor and find another KFC until management gets a better team or realizes how poorly they run things and make the necessary changes.
Oh, and the chicken was crusty, too. Overcooked and overrated. Just Asay NO and GO.

DON’T GO HERE!!!!! You are wasting time and money. It’s like the blind leading blind in that place. It’s suppose to be fast food, right. No it’s not fast. It should be called slow food from now on. Why on earth did it take 30 min to get food I didn’t even order? I made the mistake of not looking to see what I got before I got home. NEWS FLASH, BIG MISTAKE! I was supposed to be waiting for French fries for 2 minutes and didn’t even end up with French fries. I got mash potatoes with gravy instead. They probably did that so they could spit in them. I’m not eating them. They’re going in the trash!
I also got upset because they would not give me 5 dollars back for my order. What I ordered, the 12 dollar 3 piece chicken tender meal, was the exact same as thing as the 7 dollar fill up. You got more stuff with that for 7 bucks.
I am thoroughly pissed off about this experience and will never go back to this KFC or any KFC. If I want chicken I’ll go to Publix for now on.
The sad thing is I’m still right back to being hungry and not wanting to eat the food now. I’m pretty sure they did spit in those potatoes because the woman, who was supposed to be in charge, was out in the parking lot staring me down. She won’t NOTHIN’ but nasty.

Worst. Place. Imaginable. Mashed potatoes were like cold bricks. Can fried chicken be stale? Yes it can, and they serve it here daily. Place a mobile order and grab it in the way home to only realize that, HALF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING! Try to call them, better free up 15 minutes for someone to answer. Only the tears of disappointment can make this food even slightly edible. My dogs even turned their nose when I offered it to them. Really expensive doorstops if you ask me.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past month. Today, First, because asking for the chicken big box I instantly was told there were 12 piece and another order and a few more ahead of ours being its 5:30pm when chicken should be already ready to go. Said I was going to have to wait. It acted as if they didn’t want another and almost considered going somewhere rlse because of the already ratchedness that erupted. Said it would be 15 minutes to wait and asked if I wanted to still wait 3 times I guess hoping I change my mind. I sure wish I did change my mind with the quality of the food. Every time I’ve came here the past 3 times the chicken is cooked in oil that needs to be disposed of. Because of cooking in this the chicken is not crispy but extremely dripping with grease and you can taste burnt oil in the chicken. The oil needs to be dropped and fresh oil to cook in. No matter how spices the recipe has I couldn’t taste not one of them over the burnt oil taste. The chicken was still drenched in oil and placed in the box and soaked through the box and chicken fell out into the bag. The order had items mixed up. There was no sauce and no spoons for the sides. Had to go back in to get sauces and spoons and no napkins was there except for 2 already drenched in oil at the bottom of the bag. This is the worst KFC I’ve had. I’m sure VDH and their health inspectors for ServSafe would have a field day here with cleanliness, proper usage of cooking equipment and temperatures of food.

Has one car in the drive thru and basically begs me to come inside and order after sitting there for 10 minutes, saying that “their drive thru is too busy right now.” There was one car there and nobody inside. It’s not the end of the world but extremely inconvenient. I mean, why even have a drive thru at all?

I went to the KFC in the Hanover Mechanicsville location, and ordered a four piece chicken dinner. Because I had another stop to make I neglected to check my order. When I got home and opened my order.., everything was in the same box with the chicken the fries were old or taste like leftovers, the cold slaw was warm and worse of all.., the chicken was overcooked and smelled like it was cooked in old oil. Needless to say I didn’t eat the dinner. I took the chicken dinner back to the restaurant. I asked for a refund, but I was told that they don’t give refunds just another dinner. Now why would I want another dinner when the first one wasn’t good. The young lady fix another dinner and just threw the fries in the box.., which was all over the bottom of the box. When I complained about how the second box of food looked she walked away. I took that box of food and went to my car and sat there in disbelief at the service I just received. She came outside and sat in her car to smoke I guess because as I started to leave, I stopped and got out of my car and had a little talk with her because I wanted her to know that I wasn’t there to make her day bad, but I wanted her to know that when you spend your money in food or whatever it may be you’re paying for the service as well as the meal. That will be my last time going there. Please if you’re in that area go to Public’s.
